I would like to thank 1 Above Pest Control Services for their excellent quality of service. The friendly and prompt attention to scheduling an appointment and following through every step (thanks, Katey) was exceptional and made the whole experience favorable. The technician was very through and took extra time to answer my questions and let me know what to expect from the extermination process. While I am totally for live and let live for creatures and critters...their are exceptions within my home. I am thankful for 1 Above Pest Control Services and the service they provide for our community and would highly recommend this company!

YALL! This company and everyone that works there is so kind and professional. We have been using them for almost a year now and have been blown away by their service. We moved into a new build home and had a big bug problem. They came and sprayed, which significantly helped the problem but we still had a few issues after the first service. I called them and expressed my concerns and they were so kind and adamant about coming out again! They were so quick to get someone out there to respray without charge. I would definitely recommend them!

What a great company! The receptionist was so sweet and helpful when I called and the guy was able to come out the next day to spray my ants. He was knowledgable and very nice, he sprayed the inside of my house as well as the outside. He even sprayed the large ant beds he found in the front yard. It was quick and easy and I will definitely be using this company again!

This company was called by our landlord after I requested pest control service. Although it's not clear exactly what happened, somehow our side of the duplex did not get serviced on the inside. When I called, Katy, the owner's wife, offered to have her husband, come out to complete the job, even though it was already after 5. Dennis did an incredibly thorough job, taking into consideration our circumstances with a baby and pets. He also rechecked the outside area to make sure the work was completed properly. As we are getting ready to move into the house we have purchased, we will have 1 Above on our provider list. This kind of service seems rare these days, and is definitely the way to attract customers for life.

Dennis managed to squeeze me in last minute to take care of a fire ant problem in my apartment. Even though it was a last minute appointment he took his time and checked everything thoroughly to fully treat the problem, never rushing or making me feel like he needed to leave. He went above and beyond my expectations in his pest control services as well as customer service. I would highly recommend 1-Above Pest Control for any of your pest control needs.
