Out of nowhere, a bee’s nest decided our backyard was the place to be. I filled out the form on 1st Choice Pest Solutions’ website around 3:30—by 5:00 PM, Mike was already on-site, suited up and ready to save the day. He even said it was the biggest nest he'd seen all year (lucky us!). Fast, friendly, and clearly the real deal—I’d definitely recommend 1st Choice. They showed up fast, knew exactly what to do, and took care of the hive without breaking a sweat. Total pros with zero sting!

I was asleep during the whole process so this is just from what my fiance mentioned. I got a text of 25 min til arrival, which is fantastic for someone with pets. Giving time to let them out. Process was thoroughly explained as well as pricing. Also explained how long to keep my dogs inside after it all. We have a garage filled with spiders and wasps over summer. We just needed help. They took care of it and will come out every month at an extremely affordable price. Definitely recommend them.

He and his team (AJ, Troy, and Hunter) safely removed the two bats from our home and did a thorough inspection to identify all potential entry and exit points. They bat-proofed our entire peak vent as well as five other vulnerable areas on the roof and eaves, ensuring the problem wouldn’t return. The work was done efficiently, safely, and with great attention to detail. Rob took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave us real peace of mind. First Pest Control was incredible! I had a serious bee issue, with wasps flying into my basement, and from start to finish, the experience with this company was great. When I called around 7:30 AM (completely panicked) I spoke with someone I believe was named John. He was one of the kindest people I’ve ever spoken to on the phone. Calm, patient, and reassuring, he let me know that someone would be out as soon as possible. And sure enough, within an hour, a technician arrived. Other companies I had called couldn’t help for another four days or spoke to me with a rude, dismissive attitude. Things only got better when Mike N., the technician, arrived. I was understandably anxious about the wasps in the basement and around our home, but Mike was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the issue, including a major mistake I had made by sealing the wasps' entry point and took care of everything. He dusted, inspected the home thoroughly, and made sure everything was under control. What stood out most was that Mike didn’t rush the job. He took the time to answer all my questions, no matter how small or frantic they were. He was friendly, professional, and clearly cared about doing the job right. I truly can’t thank them enough for responding so quickly and helping our family during a stressful situation. Highly recommend!

Steve came to my home, inspected my home for mice, as we experienced some mice activity last winter, (we live across from a corn field so mostly field mice) realized it would be good to be proactive before they find their way in again. Day 1 was successful in catching 3 mice! We are just getting started and are very happy with the results on day one! This is my “before” post! AJ promptly came to our home because we had mice getting into our basement. He carefully checked the perimeter of the house and found a spot in a window well that he felt had some mice sign. He set three traps in the basement and sealed up the potential entry point. He came back 2 weeks later and I told him that one of the traps worked and caught 4 mice in the first two days. There has been no mice since then. The window well spot appears to be the point of entry. He came back today and reset all external traps and relocated 2 of the interior traps. I am confident that he has resolved the issue. AJ is a pleasant and confident employee of Pest Solutions. I will not hesitate to call them in the future if necessary.
