George did an amazing job removing a wasp nest that was high up near our roof. He came prepared with a ladder and handled everything quickly and efficiently. He first sprayed the nest and made sure to give us clear safety instructions, especially about keeping kids away from the area. The next day, he arrived right on time and removed the hive completely. Professional, reliable, and knowledgeable—highly recommend George for pest removal needs!

Before even getting a service done, I was ready to give 5 stars because of how prompt and available they were to help. I called at 3:30 pm on Wednesday and had someone out at 10:45 am next day. The company was able to give the estimate over the phone and get me scheduled without having to be transferred multiple times or wait on hold. The gentleman that performed the service (I missed his name because I had a fussy baby ready for nap in my arms) was extremely polite, very clear with directions, and did the work thoroughly and in a timely manner. I paid before he started so that I could get the baby down for a nap, but he made sure to call me after to let me know he was done and go over precautions again. Excellent company, warranty on the work, and friendly and prompt staff. Couldn’t recommend them more!

I had an excellent customer service experience with this company. My call was promptly answered and referred to Carvin. The specialist (George) arrived at my home the same day and effectively exterminated the wasp nest that had taken up residence in our deck box. Our timing was lucky and they came out to remove a wasp’s nest that was under the gutter of our second floor. George showed up and had it down and cleaned the area very quickly and throughly. Maybe some heroes wear bee suits. Totally satisfied with job!

I called for an appointment because of bee’s and they said they can come out the next day. I received a text confirming the appointment and then received a phone call stating they were on the way. George showed up right on time. He was very informative and helpful. He then informed me what he was going to do and told me about the guarantee policy if the bee’s returned.
