Great service! I had a wasp nest inside my walls. They came out the next day, and were right on time. I think they were in and out within 20 min? I Haven't seen (or heard) a wasp since. I highly recommend!

Needed a rodent problem dealt with, the first service representative they sent was unacceptable. They were unprofessional and went about the service in a lazy and inattentive manner. They didn’t do half the things that A1 told me would be provided with my service. Told me I should buy my own steel wool and fill gaps when A1 had told me they would fill any small gaps they saw during the service. The service representative did an outside inspection and just left without telling me what they did or didn’t see. I called to request it be handled and the service manager was kind enough to come back out and do the service properly. I was very happy with him, he showed me all the places outside he found and filled in and filled all small gaps with steel wool. All in all this is a good service but not all service representatives are equal.

The A1 technician Rakeem was very knowledgeable and helped us understand the problem and the treatment so we were confident the A1 solution would address our carpenter ant problem completely. We’d recommend A1 to any prospective customer.

I have been using A1 for over a decade. I am always extremely happy with the service. The problem is always eliminated once they leave.

I have been a customer of So. NH Pest Control (Sub of A1)in Nashua for about 30 years and have had no complaints with their product and, in particular, the customer service from from the office personnel to their techs. They are superb!!

Terrible. They've been here five times to my complex and we still have roaches from another neighbor, for the past 8 months. Baby and adults pop up randomly. Not a ton but still........Like why?

Extremely responsive to my requests to get rid of some skunks. Called on Thursday and on Monday they showed up with traps. They came back every day for 5 days and caught a couple of skunks which they safely moved
