My technician is Paul. He is one of the kindest, most polite, and professional people in the service industry I have come in contact with in the 4 years I've lived in Florida (even when our security guard at the gate was not pleasant to him). He is respectful of my time and property. He explains everything in detail and never makes me feel silly or nervous about asking any of my 1 million questions. We don't have a huge bug problem, just one annoying outside bug, but Paul has been determined to help us figure out the cause of it getting in and keeping them out. I am extremely appreciative and grateful for such a kind soul. Choosing ABC Pest Control was a decision I feel really good about, from the very first visit!

2-years ago our company (now Precision Corr Fl) allowed me to switch out our Pest company to ABC. I am the current Quality Manager. To say the level of service this company provides goes above and beyond any of our expectations. Our dedicated technician David Feliz comes weekly and always goes the extra mile to make sure his company is exceeding our expectations. He is extremely customer service focused. David is always on-time, very personable, make suggestions for improvements etc. We just completed our Annual Food Safety audit and once again David and ABC received a perfect score from the auditor. THANK YOU David and team. I also want to thank Nestor Nadal (Business Developer) who introduced himself to me and our company 3 years back. He was key to helping setup our account. Also, Todd Boggs who makes sure all our documents are up to date.

Christian & his partner were very thorough to check the attic for any sign of rodents. None found. Apparently ABC got the last rodent a few weeks ago. Only a few flies had been left to finish off a small piece of bait. Fly bait applied for those left behind flies. Thanks guys! Wife is most happy again!

Customer service is excellent! They’re courteous, prompt and always glad to help. Christian Muniz, who installed the rodent traps, appears respectful, honest and knowledgeable. He doesn’t get annoyed when we ask him to change appointments or if we ask many questions. This is so rare these days. Thank you & sustain the culture of excellence!

When I realized I did not have termite protection and a bond on my home, I contacted four companies to meet with me and give me bids. Nestor, the sales person from ABC walked my property and explained what he thought would be the best course of action. My property used to be an orange grove so I know there are plenty of old tree roots around in addition to the root remnants of four massive oak trees that were cut down after hurrican damage. He sent me a very extensive printout of what ABC does to protect and monitor my property and included a copy of the proposed contract. I decided to have ABC commence the work. Tyler drilled around my slab to insert the chemical barrier and also put in bait traps to monitor any activity. Once the chemical had been introduced he patched the holes which were less the 3/4" in diameter. There was a little hiccup when a wateer line was accidentally cut but it was fixed and without any additional expense to me. I can honestly say that the work done around and in my home is exceptional and Tyler and his supervisor Juan (I think that is his name) were professional and friendly keeping me advised of their progress. ABC was the least expense company but they were not the most expensive either. I appreciate the mechanism they have for monitoring my property and the way it is explained in the cntract. I can recommend ABC without any reservations.
