We had a wasp nest in the false ceiling of our bedroom, directly above the bed. After initially trying unsuccessfully to get a response from another company, I contacted AbisZ – luckily! Even on the phone, the contact was very friendly and competent. After I explained the situation (by then, the wasps' "building material" was already trickling through the lamp onto the bed), they even arranged an appointment the very next morning. Two very friendly employees came to our place, explained a lot, and solved the problem within a very short time – and at a fair price, too, and with the promise that they would come back free of charge if there was another problem, unexpectedly. Germany, a service desert? Not at AbisZ. Quite the opposite! That's what you'd want!
