    We had a bat abatement project removing old insulation and disinfection of our attic post bat removal. The team did a great job from beginning to end. Very detailed pre work inspection and estimate, timely work schedule to meet our needs, good communication from the work team, respectful of property and good cleanup.

    I called several companies to get a quote for mice control at my home, among these Was Abra. I told every company the same thing that “I will be honest, I am getting multiple quotes and when I figure out who I am going with, I will contact you back.” Apparently, Abra took this to mean ‘go ahead and enroll me in your services’ because the next Monday I was at work when I noticed my security cameras were going crazy. I finally was able to step away from my job and pull up the cameras to see what was triggering them, and sure enough, there was someone from Abra entering my yard, leaving the gates open and spraying all over my house. I do not take lightly to anyone coming on my property without my permission, let alone entering my back yard without me being home. Furthermore, having someone spray around my house without letting me know what is going on when I have several pets is unacceptable. I contacted Abra immediately and questioned why someone was there, to which I was told “it must have been a misunderstanding” and was told they would contact the technician to remove him from my property. A few minutes later I then pull up the cameras to verify they had, in fact, left. It was at this point I was treated to the individual packing up his stuff and making comments such as “acting like you own the company.” In the interest that the technician was simply upset at whoever called him to get off of my property, I am nice enough to blur his face, but the fact that he was there in the first place without my actual consent and then got upset because I requested him to leave tells me all I need to know about how this company operates. I will not be utilizing their services, nor will I be paying for their mistake.

    This was such an amazing experience! Abra Kadabra came out and helped us animal proof our solar panels. They were super easy to work with, got the job done quickly and the team was very helpful answering our million questions. Certainly will be coming back!

    From initial phone call/contact and speaking with Victor, my anxieties were lifted. Victor is a new member of the team and provided STELLAR customer service for a young individual. He understood what it means to be clear and concise in communications, and even provide an additional laugh or two. Abra Kadabra has hired the best in business and Victor is proof! Next Sue arrived promptly and provided phenomenal customer service as well as knowledge. He was also clear with his position and how he plans to tackle our issue. Laid out the traps, searched the perimeter for possible entry points, and provided kind banter of normalizing this unpleasant experience. It is appreciated! Robert arrived promptly as well from Wildlife and I could not be more satisfied with this additional service. He was able to confidently and precisely figure out our entry point and offered other options for prevention in the future. With no obligation, what's more so doable for the homeowner. Feeling zero pressure, the autonomy of choice is appreciated not to financially pay for something if it's not doable for a homeowner! I could not recommend Abra Kadabra enough. And we are glad to have them aboard our not so fun but necessary journey. Trusted, competent, customer service oriented, and personable. No one wants to be dealing with a rodent issue, and if you happen to come across it call sooner than later! You will not be disappointed!

    The people who run the Abra Kadabra shop out of Mound need to post proper no parking signs in front of their business. My 16 year old accidentally parked in their lot Saturday afternoon, 5/31/25, as it was next to the spot he was going to meet friends for a couple hours. There were NO signs saying he couldn’t park in the lot. He returned a few hours later, before 5 pm the same day, and his truck was towed. No ticket. No warning. NO SIGNS!!! He and his group took plenty of photos to prove there were no signs saying not to park there. A family of 4 unrelated to us returned for their car in the same lot at the same time as my son and their vehicle was also towed!! The towing company brought the vehicles to their lot less than 5 miles away and charged almost $450 to get our son’s truck back. They said they’ve been telling the owners of Abra Kadabra that they need proper signage. My husband drove to Abra Kadabra’s lot on Sunday 6/1/25, and there were no signs saying people can’t park there. On Monday afternoon, finally, there were paper signs in the windows saying people cannot park there or they will be towed. My husband called them today and lied to him, telling him they had signs up this weekend. They absolutely did not, and we have photos. They have no plans to reimburse us, and blew off my husband over the phone when he called to discuss with the owners. Horrible customer service. Terrible company.
