Very happy with the Abrakadabra team. We had some bats at the barn and they came out within a week of our initial call. We were able to get our space secure and cleaned out super fast because of these guys. Also the rain didn’t stop them!

I contacted Abra Kadabra to assist with raccoons in my father's attic. They had a longer wait then there competitors, and for a good reason. They are Pros! From the very start they were terrific. They made the process very easy from the initial inspection, all the way to the end. They were organized, and the estimate was easy to follow and very detailed. The communication from the Andy was absolutely outstanding during the entire process! He was always responsive and very helpful. The team was extremely professional throughout the process as well. Best of all, they provided results, and could also repair the entry points. It is a one stop shop!! Our daughter brought us a picture back from her trip to Peru 11 years ago. We had the beautiful antique frame hanging on the wall in several different places throughout the years. While moving the picture this time we noticed termite holes in the frame and the wall behind. We called our existing pest control company only to find that they do do not have termite control services in this area. We called 3 other services, two of which are common pest control names along with Abra Kadabra as they had a local office in Forest Lake. The first company proposed a solution that was over $4,000 before even identifying the termite type with no real house inspection. The second was more professional about he house inspection but recommended the same solution as the first without identifying the type of termite at an even higher price. Max, from Abra Kadabra came out and did a very thorough inspection. He explained his education, experience and knowledge so I could be sure he had our best interests in mind. He asked if we could remove a piece of sheetrock about 6 inches square to see if there was more infestation. He took samples of the termites and their droppings back to his lab and identified the termites. Instead of assuming that they were the "subterranium" variety which is attached to costly extermination methods he identified them as "dry wood". termites resulting in a 10 times less expensive immediate treatment. All this was done in a VERY timely and professional manner. We are relieved that the termites are gone as well as grateful that he showed us how to salvage the termite ridden frame.

Just had Jason out for our 1st treatment. I can't say anything yet about if we are wasp-free, but I can't help but comment on the people I've worked with so far. The admin I spoke with last week was very kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. And the tech, Jason, was extremely knowledgeable and patient as he listened to & answered all of my first-timer questions. I look forward to working with the team during this year's treatments, and hopefully enjoying a pest-free (& dramatically reduced mosquito count) summer!

Way overpriced for what was done! What they did and used to remove bats I could have done myself. No guarantee either.
