Great service. Hundreds of fireants spawned in a bedroom closet overnight and I needed immediate help. I called them an explained my problem and they were able to send one tech immediately. Norman was very profesional and explained me how all the products he was applying work. He treated of my whole property, indoors and outdoors, and while doing so, he spotted the fire ant nest in my front yard that was causing the problem and took care of it.

After a scheduling fiasco on our part last week, he returned today with a wonderful attitude, accepting our apology. He did a great job, and gave us some great advice. Thanks!

Sorry for the late review—I just happened to come across this video and felt it was time to share my experience. I used Absolute Pest Management (APM) back in 2022 when I moved back into my childhood home, which had been vacant for some time. To my surprise, there were tenants already living upstairs—uninvited ones! I started hearing loud thumping and running around upstairs, and it definitely didn’t sound like squirrels or rodents. I found Absolute Pest Management online, and they came out the very next day to inspect the house. They discovered several entry points where critters had gotten in. I had to hire a separate company to repair the holes and replace my roof, and once that was done, APM returned to seal up the remaining vulnerable areas. They even installed a camera in the attic to monitor the activity—and what they found was shocking. The next day, they sent me a video showing FIVE fully grown, fat raccoons running around up there. They had destroyed my AC ducts and left behind such a horrible smell from urine and feces that the house became unbearable. Unfortunately, I still can't afford to replace the ductwork, so I’ve been using window units to cool the bedrooms. But APM got right to work. The technician set up multiple traps and returned daily until all the raccoons were caught. (Don’t ask me what happened to them—I just cared that they were gone!) In addition to removing the animals, APM sprayed for bugs and fleas in the attic and around the home, removed the damaged insulation, cleaned up the feces and urine, replaced missing insulation, and applied a sanitation spray. I was so relieved and thankful. I ended up purchasing a monthly service package for a year so they could keep checking the home and prevent any future intrusions. Absolute Pest Management was professional, thorough, and worth every penny. I’m truly grateful for their help. Thank you, APM!

I have been a client of Absolute Pest Management for years at all of my properties. Their customer service is always top notch. My technician at my personal residence is Norman Dirk. He is just wonderful! He is so friendly and professional. He is also extremely thorough when treating our home. He goes above and beyond, and really takes his time. He also explains everything to me in detail. My technician at my rental property downtown is Shawn and he is also amazing. His communication is very helpful and he is always flexible with timing and works with me. My house is an Airbnb downtown and he is always willing to let himself in using the front door code that I give him, and lock up when he’s done. And he texts me when he’s done to let me know the house is locked up. Everyone on the Absolute team is great!

We’ve been using Absolute for 5 years for routine mosquito service and pest control. They’re very communicative and responsive. They are easy to get a hold of for scheduling and their techs are always very friendly and professional. We plan to use them for many years to come!
