We used to have a different company taking care of our extermination needs and we weren’t really happy about their service . Come to find out that my friend’s husband works at Accel and I immediately contacted them and switched company. We are very pleased with their services and how nice the people are. Jess particularly stood out because first , we never had a lady come in to do services before, she’s very pleasant and did a wonderful job taking care of our home .

Accel has been great! We’ve used some other pest control services in the past but Accel has been professional and kind from my initial inquiry to now. They’re prompt to come back to address continued pest issues even when it’s not time for regular treatment. Our technician Tina is fantastic. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. I’ve dreaded having services done at the house in the past because you never know the quality or professionalism of who’s coming but I genuinely look forward to the days Tina comes by to treat the house.

Paul with Accel Pest Control was absolutely awesome! He was incredibly thorough, took his time to explain everything he was doing, and made sure all of our concerns were addressed. Edited to add since I received more services today: Ryland from Accel Pest Control was awesome! He sealed off all the entry points where rodents were getting under my house and did a super thorough job. He was also so patient with my overly excited puppy the whole time, which I really appreciated! Definitely recommend Accel pest control if you need pest control done right.

I have been using Accel for years at every place I’ve lived and have never had a bad experience. First- their product works. My newest house when I first moved in had a terrible ant problem, after the first service I saw an immediate difference and with their upkeep there have been ZERO intruders. I highly recommend them. Second- they have a free policy where they will come as many times as you need them to when you are paying them quarterly. Over the summer I must have called Peyton out at least ten times outside of his regularly scheduled appointments and he came and saved the day every single time. Third- ALL their employees need a raise. Ther customer service skills are absolutely outstanding. Anytime I call or if someone other than my normal tech comes out to help, they are so kind and extremely knowledgeable. 20/10 stars. Definitely use this team!!

5 star on customer service. Ms. Jacky very nice and politely transfer me to Ms. Sharon. Ms. Sharon helped me twice. First, she sent me a quote and explained me briefly. Second time the following day, I called and asked questions. She helped me out and gave me tons of options. Very friendly staff. I scheduled an appointment with them and I will update my post for the result. Thank you ladies. Update: The appointment went well today. JC is friendly and i am amazed that he cover his shoes before coming in the house. This is important to me because I have a toddler in my house and some part of the house is carpeted! He did work well and dust the front and back of the house.. Very statisfying to watch because he knows what his doing!!!! Thank you JC and thank you Accel Pest and Termites Control!!! Wonderful service and affordable! Definitely recommend them to my friends and family!!!

Jason was great! Very friendly and helpful. He gave some great recommendations for things we can do ourselves to help better protect against pests in between service visits. Alan did our initial inspection and estimate, and was also awesome to work with. We appreciate when someone is direct and doesn't try to be a "salesman," and Alan nailed it! One of the best customer service experiences we've had!

Jason with Accel was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and thorough. He gave us recommendations on some entry points we should address and even showed us the kinds of modifications we can make to better protect our home. Michele was also kind and knowledgeable over the phone when we were getting set up for the inspection (by Graham who was also great to work with) and treatment. They were able to do next day treatment for us.

The customer service was beyond my expectations. Everyone who I spoke to was so friendly and accommodating. Answered any questions I had and made me feel very comfortable in each and every interaction. Jessica was amazing. She was so kind to both me and my little one during the visit. We got along so well and she did such a great job. I would highly recommend accel for any pest extermination needs in the future. Cannot speak highly enough about them.

She was friendly and personable, even engaged kindly with my son as she explained what she was going to do, if I had any concerns and then once she completed the service. I had a very positive experience for my first time with Accel Pest control. Everyone was very informative and helpful from the time I called about the service to the tech coming out. Sean came out the very next day to provide service. He made sure all my questions were answered and did a great job. We will definitely continue their service.
