Just a terrible experience with Active! Their chemicals didn’t work for ants, Spiders or mosquitoes they just got worse because before I had a local company I used and they to take care of them very well ,but one day one of these guys showed up to my door talking very highly about how they use a much better healthier chemicals for my family and dog to take care of all the bad insects around my house etc. so I decided to give them an opportunity, but big mistake after a few months of everything getting worse and I finally give up and cancel their service. Of course they automatically charge me the additional monthly fee, plus $199 for the earlier cancellation contract they make you sign but that’s ok. I prefer to pay that then continue getting bite by mosquitoes every time I sneak outside on my porch now I have another company taking care of these issues with no problem and even cheaper, but I don’t want to put their name so they don’t think it’s a publicity thing. My advice to you is to run away from this company while you can.

These people are always fantastic and fairly priced. Johnathon has a wonderful personality and always goes far beyond companies standards and customer satisfaction! Johnathon is part of the reason for a long term customer!

We regret going with Active Pest control for our wildlife exclusions. Though Active seemed right for the initial install, it has been really challenging to get them to do any service follow ups or visits to make sure everything still looks good. Most other companies offer at least annual check ins. We have considered certifying with another company, but the expense is just too great.

Like others, we were customers of all good. Ever since the buyout, the situation has been ridiculous with customer service and communication. We cancelled our pest control service because of the hassle and went with another smaller company that has been wonderful. We kept the termite protection since that was only once a year and I thought it wouldn’t be a hassle - I was wrong. We have been riddled with incorrect invoices and billing messages for the last 6 months and every time I call they said everything is fine and will be sorted. They randomly gave us a 10% price increase without any notice and then sent the notice 2 months after the fact and then threatened us with collections. I will be reporting and filing a Georgia consumer protection complaint.
