We’ve used Adam’s services for 5 years and couldn’t be happier with the results and the customer service. Sandra G in the scheduling department is very knowledgeable and always a pleasure to talk to. We’ve had a handful of technicians come out to the house over the years, and they are all fantastic. Adam hires the best of the best! Shout out to Ted and Bryan, who have been so helpful and reliable in treating our house.

We live in a house surrounded by cornfields, and before we bought it, the home sat empty for nearly two years. Needless to say, the mice had moved in and made it their home. We were dealing with a true infestation that required determination and skill to get under control. Sam from Adams Pest Control came out last week, and I can’t say enough good things about him. He is extremely skilled in his profession and knew exactly what to do. Beyond that, I’m deathly afraid of mice, and Sam took the time to educate me on why they were here, what kind they were, and most importantly—how we were going to get rid of them. He actually comforted me and reassured me that I didn’t need to live in fear anymore. That peace of mind is priceless! Sam’s expertise and professionalism is outstanding, but he’s also incredibly friendly and approachable. He’s been working with members of my family for nearly 15 years, and every one of us has had a lasting positive experience with him. Adams Pest Control is an excellent company, and Sam is truly an asset to their team. We are so thankful for his help and can finally feel comfortable in our home again!

Was very interested in a couple treatments for two things. Knew what we needed and all they kept doing was pushing a plan when we were very specific in what we desired. We get you have a preference but the customer does too. We decided to not go with this company based on the customer service and feeling pushed to do a plan vs the couple things we wanted done and knew would be done very simply. In the future please respect the customer on what they need vs what you want them to purchase.

We had a problem with mice getting into our home, so we called Adam’s. Our technician that came out today was Herman and I couldn’t be happier! He was very professional and thorough and once he was finished walked us through everything he found and sealed. Thank you Adams! Highly recommend for Mice!

Madi went above and beyond to help us with our situation. Willing to help with questions after regular hours, bring upfront about what we were dealing with, and helping with moving items to prepare for treatment. And she followed up as well to see if the treatment was working. Excellent service!
