Jerry with Advantage Pest Control is a great person, his service is top-notch and has a deep sense of integrity. He calls ahead when on his way and does an excellent job. He has worked on pest issues, large and small…ants, bees, creepy-crawlers, and up to one 25-pound racoon in my attic (that destroyed by air duct system) and another in the chimney and two more we are working to “acquire” for relocation at present; they are not as cute in person as they seem on TV. 😊 While at my home he looks for other issues like termites, or mice or other varmints. In a recent visit he noticed some indications that maybe some traps were needed in the attic and described the markings/colors as being recent and “something we should address”. When he calls, I make special efforts to meet him and make sure gates are open, dogs are away and, in some places, move furniture to get better access. Of course, this is for my benefit, but also because he wants to make sure he gets in the places where things need to be, but my belief is my efforts give him more time to be observant and be my “lookout”. I am thankful he is able to help me and continues to help when I call, because LBH in San Antonio, not everyone is like this.

We have used Jerry’s services for the past 8 years and he has always gone above and beyond to take care of our house. Jerry does excellent work, he uses top quality, effective products that are safe for us and our dogs, he has tremendous professional knowledge and experience, and he is as honest as the day is long. We can leave Jerry alone in our home with great confidence. Jerry has rid our house of every type of creeping, crawling pest known to man and more (also including rats, squirrels, and raccoons), and I would definitely recommend his company to anyone and everyone that appreciates quality service.
