Customer service is excellent from beginning to end. The actual exterminator will take the time before and after to explain what is going to be done and how it went. A twelve month commitment plan will ensure the exterminator will come as often as needed within the 12 month period. Instead of needing to be out of your home for four to six hours, you only need to vacate your home for one hour, two if you have pets. I highly recommend this company.

Utterly hopeless. Second no show after booking in advance, arranging for pets to be out of the house for 4 hrs etc. etc. Be careful, good at collecting monthly billing but extremely poor service and staff.

I had an excellent experience with Advantage Pest Control for a case of wasp nests on my property. After I called and left a message (it was Sunday - was not expecting them to pick up!). Paolo promptly returned my call and arranged for a technician to come the next day. Fast forward to the next day - the technician, Rick, arrived right on time. Rick was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly assess the situation and provided clear explanations and solutions. Dave from Advantage called ahead and arrived on time. The service was great. Dave took the time to understand the scope of the problem and developed a great strategy to deal with the carpenter ants. He answered all my questions and went the extra mile to satisfy me and solve my problem. He explained the warranty and put my mind at ease. I have used Advantage for pest control several times and have been very satisfied each time. Maurizio
