After getting stung 6-10 times yesterday by bald-faced hornets, I needed a professional to exterminate and remove a big 3 layer nest tucked under a porch glider. I searched google maps and found Advantage Termite was the closest to my house, guess that was a sign. I called early morning on this holiday weekend and had to leave a message. Ed called me back a few minutes later and fortunately was able to come by the same morning to give a free estimate. We had the job done right then after hearing a great price! It started with identifying swarmers (winged termites) that had made their way into our home. After taking a photo, it was quickly identified via cell phone and an appointment was set up. This company is very responsive via text, email or phone. We signed up for a quarterly plan where bait traps placed in the ground are checked quarterly. After the first round, it was successful! Beyond the first experience this past spring, we also had the perimeter and surrounding shrubs and grass treated for ants and general pests. Ed Murphy is great to work with! He is very pleasant, friendly, communicates well and is efficient. He returns calls or emails promptly. He knows his job very well and treatment has been effective. Above all, he's great with our pets and my dogs love him! We have worked with other pest companies in the past. Ed, by far, has done the best job for us! Thanks!

Ed came out to my home to take care of a carpenter ant problem. His service was so awesome I referred him to my daughter's. There were yellow jackets in the walls of her home. Ed came ASAP and not only took care of 2 yellow jacket nests, but a black wasp nest and lots of ants! Bees gone...ants almost gone, with his pet safe poisons kicking their butts. Ed is the best! orkin and the other big company had me on super expensive maintenance programs for years. I once caught a tech on my ring cam show up and sit in his truck and not even do an application! Ed is honest and he knows his stuff. Give him a shot. you won't regret it. I had Ed from Vance terminal control command did a very good job I had a cockroach infestation and within 2 months I do not see any more cockroaches in my house at all the man's absolutely amazing if you ever have any kind of bugs or any kind of insect problems I recommend you to call Ed he'll take care of them for you for sure
