Aerex is great with appts and their pricing! Glen the technician came out today, he was very nice and professional. He let me know where to look and what to look for. He was honest with me and wasn't trying to sell me on things I didn't need or want. Even though he serviced my company if I had any issues at home, I would use them and will be recommending them as well!

We discovered there was a hive in one of our brick columns that supports our gate. We’ve used Aerex in the past and they were always reliable and good at what they do. This time was no exception. They came out within a day or so and successfully treated the column of swarming yellow jackets and encouraged us to reach out if a second treatment was needed. They are very professional, knowledgeable and great at what they do. That’s why we always have their number in our contacts!

As always, a great experience - from making the appt to their arrival at your door. Zack is fantastic, we always ask for him! He offers to remove his shoes, he explains everything he's doing, answers all our questions, and he calmed our fears about creepy centipedes. We use Aerex inside - in spring and fall - and IT WORKS! No more centipedes!! We also added their exterior treatment for the house & garage. No bees or wasps nests anymore on eaves or porches etc, and it also helps for other bugs that try to migrate into houses. We're very happy and highly recommend this company. 👍🏼

Aerex does a very good job. They are thorough and meticulous. Their employees are super nice and do a great job. Been using their services since the 1970’s. Jose was new to me and I recommend them highly. All their agents that I’ve met are quite knowledgeable.

We reached out to this company 3 times through their website/email regarding a pest issue, but unfortunately didn’t receive a response after several days. We did get their auto responder on our initial outreach, but no one followed up. Ultimately, we chose to move forward with another exterminator that was able to service us more promptly. Their reviews are great; our experience didn’t reflect this but maybe you will have a better one. I’m sure they are very good at what they do. EDIT: I see your response. I reached out through your website three days ago and received only an automated reply saying I’d get a follow-up. I also sent emails and never heard back. If your website or email system isn’t delivering messages, unfortunately that’s not something I can control. From my experience, there was no response, and for that reason, I stand by my 1-star review.

I had Mike as the professional for the day he was on time, very professional and informative with the service. He also took care of my mosquito problem as well. He was in and out 15-20 mins tops! Highly recommend!

On time, appt made with ease and within a reasonable timeframe. Felt the price was fair. I like that they spray twice a year as I don’t like the idea of quarterly treatments when I have pets and small children about. He was thorough. I’ve already seen a reduction in insects.

The technician Mark that came out did a great job. He was swift, professional, and exuded excellent customer service. I do feel as though some of the ladies in the office were a little short with me when I called in. But nevertheless, the overall service was good. I definitely, appreciate the fact that the service that I received comes with another visit in 6 months, which is a great benefit for the price that I paid.
