But my most recent appointment with Will really stood out. He took the time to walk me through exactly what critters we had previously caught on our sticky traps, explaining how to identify them and what that meant for prevention going forward. I left fully informed, confident, and genuinely impressed. It’s rare to get that level of care, insight, and attention to detail. Will’s professionalism truly set him apart — thank you again!

Nick has been keeping our home bug free for years! He is professional, thorough and always on schedule! A couple years ago he noticed bees flying into a planter at our front entrance and suggested he take care of it. He uncovered a massive hive inside the planter, who knows what would have happened had he not taken notice of the bees flying in and out. All American gets 5 stars from me!!

Trevor was beyond exceptional today, and I highly recommend him specifically and this company! They were proactive on communication, arrived on time, was fully transparent on everything and he went the extra mile to take care of some things at my house that were opportunities. Truly best in class. I have requested Trevor to do my service every quarter :)

Dylan was amazing. He let me know he arrived and I saw him go through extra lengths to make sure he treated the whole exterior of my house, including the yard. I really appreciated that he was unphased by my dog obnoxiously barking at him from inside the entire time.

Brad with All-American went above and beyond to remove the spider webs that had taken over my porch. He spent a lot time and really made an effort to remove them all. He was very nice and extremely helpful. He even discovered and exterminated a wasp nest that I was unaware of. Great service!

I’ve been a customer for years and found myself with a small infestation of Boxelder bugs, Asian lady beetles and red wasps - what a combo lol. They sent Brad out same day and he took the time to listen to my concerns and was very thorough with treating the property. I’ve had to contact American Pest Control a couple of times over the years outside my routine maintenance and they are always friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend them to anyone needing pest control services.
