Our primary technician, Adrian, has taken care of us for years, and we truly appreciate everything he does. Even though we know he has many customers, he always makes us feel like we’re his only one. He takes his time, makes sure everything is done right, and never rushes through a visit. That level of care and consistency means a lot. We have been with All American for a little over 2 years now, and have always had good service. But today we had a phenomenal tech who was extremely thorough and went above an beyond. Ryan Dillardson did such a great job! We have been having issues with spiders, and he took the time to hit every nook and craney, cleared all the webs on the exterior, spent some extra time on the porches and garage, and we are so thankful! I have had pest control services in the past but never felt the service was effective. What a difference with All American. I was overrun with ants and found many ant hills, or a giant nest, in my yard. Using 2 gallons of insecticide did not deter them. The initial treatment didn’t work, then the company sent a man who traced them to a different location, used the necessary stuff, and eradicated them. Then, today, I realized the wasps that have plagued me for years might be included in the contract. When a man came for a regular treatment, I asked and he said it was included. This is great service, well worth the money. Good employees, regular treatments, and great service. I highly recommend this company!
