He made me feel very confident in the service I would be receiving also letting me know there would be a follow up call that would explain everything I would need to do to prepare.

I was very pleased with this companies knowledge and customer service on the phone and in person on my Termite issue. The representative Jose, who did my detailed inspection, was very thorough and broke down the details of the service very clearly. He took pictures and videos of the infected areas and explained the difference between each type of the treatments that were needed and what was best for my issue. I must add the technician Walter was also very professional and also very thorough in explaining the procedures.

Jose was knowledgeable and quick and made the process super easy. Tool the time to explain things as well. Hope we don't need to call again haha but he made a tough home situation better and so far all is solved.
