I had a great experience with All “U” Need Pest Control! Preston was our technician, and he was incredibly professional, kind, and thorough. We were dealing with a flood of ants on the exterior & a few inside our home and he took care of the issue efficiently. He even provided extra ant traps to ensure we were fully covered. They will continue the treatment on the exterior of the home every 3 months. Scheduling an appointment was quick and hassle-free, and the service exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this company—especially Preston—for anyone needing pest control solutions!

Marcus came out and sprayed the outside of my house, and he did an excellent job! He took his time to explain everything I needed to know, especially about the ant piles in our backyard, which gave me peace of mind. Update: my most recent service was done by Eric Cruz and yet again I am beyond pleased with the service we received. Eric answered all of my questions, explained what he was doing and what we could expect after the visit. He was polite, professional, and made sure that all of our concerns were addressed. I recently signed up with All U Need Pest Control. Logan Wood was the technician who came to my home today and I was very pleased with the customer service he provided. He was very polite, friendly, and personable. He was also very knowledgeable. He took the time to hear all of my concerns and made sure to address each one of them. He explained everything he was doing and answered any follow up questions I had. I’m very happy with my decision to sign up with this company and have been very impressed by their service and their employees.

Eric Cruz was the consummate professional. He meticulously removed every spider from our lanai after I told him how afraid of the my wife was over them. Thanks for bringing peace to my home once more! The service on the phone when I ordered was very good. No pressure sales, just “what can we do for you?”. I even took advantage of the online special and saved money. They really are “All U Need”.

I've been able to catch a few rats in my attic myself, but it was time to have a professional inspector and technicians perform the duties. Dan came by and performed a free inspection, he found a few gaps in the fascias on the roof. Ozzie the technician and Tony who's in training came and secured all the openings into the garage and attic. Dan and Ozzie were very professional and courteous, being very respectful to our home. You have to pay for services that are providing a yearly guarantee and repair work to prevent returning rodents. They also provide two days a week on checking on traps and removing the rodents. We are so thankful for finding this local company to take care of of needs.

Called them out for service last Thursday for an initial interior exterior spray. Part of their service is cleaning up spiderwebs and spraying. The technician literally cleaned up none of the spiderwebs in the pool cage. All in very obvious areas like the rail support to walk into the pool. I have a fire ant mound right next to the house that wasn’t brought to my attention. Inside the home, there’s a serious ghost ant issue in the kitchen. The reason for my review is when you provide a service and you don’t deliver what you’re selling you should make it a priority to come back out and fix. Instead, they’re making me wait three days before they come back out and dealing with this ghost ant infestation in the meantime. I spoke to a lady on the phone instead of trying to escalate and remedy the disposition was “oh well”. Just very disappointed in how it was handled, I’ve used them before and had good experiences, but this time was pretty disappointing.

Desmond called this morning to let me know he was coming. Loved that! He came out at the time he said, and was very kind yet professional too. He cleaned up the spiders and webs from my cage over the pool and so clean. Sprayed inside house and outside. He did a fabulous job! I’ve just moved here as I used all u need at my old residence as well. Would not call any other company. I trust what they say they do and did it! Thank you Desmond! You’re the best! I called them out for a rat issue in my garage and attic about 6 months ago. I did the works for everything. Even having the pest resistant insulation put in. And the "No rat garuntee" They trap for about a week and if they don't get anything in 2 consecutive trappings they declare you 'rat free'. I HAVE CALLED THEM BACK OUT 4 TO 5 SEPARATE TIMES. I am still not rat free. I have replaced the weather stripping on my garage where they said it was an access point and the rats ate through that 2 times. The rats have ate through at least 6 different dog food bins that I had to replace myself even after they declared me rat free. What makes it even worse is that I lost my father very suddenly at the beginning of this year and I have been slowly going through my late father's belongings. The rats have damaged some of my Dad's things, my wedding dress, as well and damaging the paint on my partner's Harley inside the garage. My best friend and I have been going through things the last few days. She went up into my attic and saw a rat, their nesting areas, tunneling, and droppings. Also from the rats that they did manage to exterminate the company left pieces of decaying rat, stains, droppings and rat fur. Along with not doing their job of getting the rats out of my house. I had an issue with one of their guys walking into my backyard while I was in a state of undress and exposed. When I confronted him about it he got mouthy to me and I had to ask him to leave my property since he did not want to place traps even though there is a clear rodent presence.

Luis was great! He was polite, timely, and completed his service efficiently. He explained the job at hand and offered to answer any questions we may have had. We have been very happy with All U Need Pest Control and would recommend highly.
