Damien is the best! He has been servicing us for so long, has watched our son grow up from newborn til now. I would never use anyone else accept All U Need Pest Control. I couldn’t be more happy with their service. Every tech and every appointment has always gone so well and everyone goes above and beyond who works there even in the office. A million stars if I could!

BIAGGIOS WORK SHOWS THAT HE CARES ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. He looks over the pool cage and dusts the many spider webs. He places the bug product where it's needed. He listened to my concerns and did a fine job.

I am very happy with All U Need. I just spoke with the very knowledgeable and polite Austin from the Port Charlotte office. He was very kind and professional and able to help me work towards solving my current problem with a promise of a follow up Monday. So very helpful!!

Love our tech Derek! Always answers all of our questions and is super friendly to our dogs, who can be rowdy and nudging for pets when he has to come in the house. We had a recent problem with pests due to construction and I’ve been so busy that I had to text them for an appointment. Which triggered a prompt call (with their name) so I knew that I wanted to answer to schedule. They are always able to accommodate times and days to fit my schedule. You are given a window of time but I love that I am able to get texts when they are 30 minutes out because when I work from home I can get stuck on calls but that transparency allows me to adjust quickly and make sure I’m available if they need access to inside. All in all a great experience.

CJ was extremely knowledgeable about my situation and provided solutions with clear expectations. We even discussed termites and he did not use pressure or fear based sales techniques where I typically walk away. I believe the company is fair and appreciative of their clients.

David Dennis is a great technician he came by today and sprayed my interior and exterior he did a very thorough job and his attitude was on point look forward to having more technician like him thank you David

Logan Woods was very nice! He came in and explained to me everything he will be doing for our first visit and how the rest of the visits will look. The product is non toxic so it’s nice to know that it’s safe for me and my baby. He sprayed around and also told me the issues he found in the lawn and showed me the crazy aunts we have and offered a couple things on how to fix them. Thank you Logan. :)

We experienced an issue with extremely small bicolor ants inside the house, so we called All U Need Pest Control to schedule a visit. Luiz was the technician who came, and he was wonderful. Perhaps because being a father himself, he was considerate of the fact that we have a small child, so he moved the bait from one spot to another out of caution for his safety. He was courteous, respectful, and professional throughout the visit, and shared his wealth of knowledge about different kinds of ants, which I greatly enjoyed learning. Thanks to him, we stopped experiencing the issue with the aforementioned ants, but I hope it is Luiz that comes for the next quarterly service.

NOT RECOMMENDED - Straight out the gate, sales rep said it was a monthly service which was a lie. Figured it out after seeing a tech the first month then no one for months but they were billing me monthly. A rep over the phone said there was a misunderstanding, its monthly billing for a quarterly service, so $180 per service. This is something I would have never agreed to if the sales rep was honest. The next service, tech supposedly sprayed the lawn, didn't clear the soffits or corners of spiders, didn't check traps around sinks or pantry. At this point there has been no decrease in bugs and shotty service. After talking to another phone rep they promised next service would have a supervisor come out to make sure everything is being done properly. Of course they didn't send a supervisor but a kid and he sprayed around the windows and yard, but again didn't check the traps or clear anything from soffits or corners, didn't ask any questions about the bug situation that had only gotten worse since we started using their service. Talked to another phone rep, I told them I am beyond unhappy with the service and so is our 79 yr old grandmother who we split the bill with. They said they can send a supervisor to look it over, which I told them I was already promised that last service. She then said it would be $250 to cancel their services. I told them that it's ridiculous, I had paid hundreds of dollars already for a service that was far below expectations. I just wanted to part ways at this point, told them I'll stay neutral in this if we can do so, but if you are to charge me $250 for canceling the service that was beyond subpar, I will make sure everyone in the 941 knows how terrible their service is. Well got the email this morning attempting to charge $250 for canceling, so here we go! Do not use All U Need Pest Control, the sales reps will lie to you to get the contract and you'll have just as many bugs as you started with and ended up having to do it yourself anyway. Update- after my wife had posted review a rep reached out and said she'd close the account with out charging the $250, she was very apologetic about the situation. It's really sad it had to come to this before finally agreeing to cancel to service, wish they had done this originally.

Gavin did a great job. He listened and was open to treating for the issues we were concerned with. He took his time and was thorough.
