I spoke with Mattie on the phone. I got a return appointment for Tuesday afternoon! I told her that I really needed morning! Not a problem for Maddie! She set me up for a morning appointment! She has a very sweet disposition. Was concerned about my needs and professional! I love working with family owned businesses! I think everyone should! Thank you Mattie in the office! And a great shout out to David, who came yesterday, Friday, to spray outside for me! Yay! Alta pest control!

I called to schedule a maintenance visit due to an increased amount of ants, bugs and wasps in my house. I had a wonderful experience with Chase over the phone. He was polite, sensitive and empathetic towards the issues I brought up and the requests I made. He provided exceptional support and scheduled the service i needed. Overall had a great experience with the customer service provided by Chase, as well as the professionalism and services of Alta Pest Control.

Valancy was the most helpful customer service agent that I have dealt with at any company I can think of in the last 5 years! She was calm, respectful, and amazingly understanding even though I was in a panic. She was a blessing in a tough time🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Chase helped me today and he had great customer service and helped me renew my plan for another year!! Always easy and fast help!! Great service!! Update!! Joshua just left my house and he was an amazing technician. Very informative and friendly. I was able to get a same day appointment and everything went great!! Thank you everyone!!

I got my home serviced on 9/16/2025. I spoke with a representative by the name of Emma who took the time to answer all of my questions and was also very polite. Our home was serviced Travis and he was very professional and treated our home with respect. We made the decision to swap companies this year and we have not regretted it. Their products are truly effective and my family is happy and we have not had any pests come back.

Emma was great! Super friendly and fulfilled my request promptly. Everyone at Alta has been great, we have been customers for just over a year and have utilized several services. I’ve never had a complaint. The salesman who signed us up, the customer service reps and the technicians are all absolutely superb. The services work really well too. We have been dealing with a brown recluse problem since moving into our new house, as well as termites and mice. Alta has taken care of everything and we definitely notice a difference every time they come. When Emma notified me that we can renew our subscription, I had no hesitation whatsoever. Even if the price had increased (which it didn’t), I definitely would still renew. We recommend Alta to everyone!

Very professional and friendly. Emma asked me several times if i needed anything else after she addressed the reasons for my call. She even offered me a promotional offer to lock in my monthly service fee which I was very interested in and took advantage of since I have been extremely happy with Alta's service over the past few years. She was very efficient as I was short on time when I spoke to her. I was very thankful for her excellent customer service- communicating an additional need to servicemen coming to my house today, taking a payment, and getting me setup for another year of service at a continued rate in a timely manner. Thanks Emma!

I had called with a couple of questions the day before our treatment. I wanted to make sure I was prepared correctly. Chase was extremely nice and professional. He answered all my questions I had. The treatment is tomorrow so I can do a review on it tomorrow but as far as their customer service, it was wonderful. Thank you, Chase, for helping me with my questions.

I was provided a service window between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. and informed that I would receive a call 30 minutes prior to the technician’s arrival. During the entire four-hour window, I did not receive any call or text message. Assuming no one would arrive, I left my residence at 4:55 p.m. At 4:59 p.m., I received a voicemail stating that the technician was approximately 20 minutes away. Despite my absence and without performing the interior services, the technician completed only the exterior portion and I was billed for the full service amount. When I called to address the issue, I was informed that the contract does not guarantee adherence to the scheduled time window. I was also told that the company could return to complete the interior services, but I’d have another four-hour service window. Given this experience, I inquired about canceling my service. I was then informed that doing so would require repayment of the $250 discount applied to my 12-month contract. As a result, I am now obligated to continue service for the full contract term, despite significant concerns regarding reliability and customer service.
