    Alta Pest Control sprays my house for all things I don’t like….BUGS!! I can’t say enough nice things about them. Wesley did my yard today and always thorough and gets all the crazy places! Thank you Wesley…my family can now enjoy our backyard!!

    Our technician Dereck was on time, respectful, and efficient throughout his visit. He ensured that all our problem areas were addressed to our satisfaction, and went above and beyond my expectations for a simple touch-up treatment. I recommend Alta for anyone who's looking for a pest control service that offers reliability and great customer service.

    Wesley was very professional & very thorough. He explained the treatments he was using & the process for each of them. He was done in what seemed like no time (for me & my 5 cats) & we got back to our lives with no fleas. I'm so glad my granddaughter told me about Alta. Life is so much better now.     I signed up with Alta Pest Control this spring hoping to have a mosquito- and spider-free summer. Unfortunately that did not happen. Problems: • Despite multiple treatments for mosquitoes, I still had heavy mosquito activity all summer. I ended up switching to another company (Mosquito Joe) in September and they cleared the mosquitoes on their first spray. • I also paid for interior spider treatments, yet kept seeing spiders regularly. • When I signed up the salesperson knocked on my door and presented a “special” offer. There was no clear mention of any cancellation fee or requirement to stay for a set term. Later I was told there was a large discount applied that would become a balance if I cancelled. • Scheduling a service is difficult: there’s no online portal to request visits or track your service — you have to call. That feels outdated. Bottom line: I did not feel I got what was promised. I would caution others to read the contract carefully, ask about cancellation/termination-fees, and ask how effective the mosquito/spider treatments have been for other customers. Recommendation: If you’re looking for reliable mosquito control and an easy scheduling system, you may want to compare other companies.

    They were good until they weren’t.. make it impossible to cancel.. I was diagnosed with cancer and started having to cut back on expenses for medical bills.. tried to cancel and they convinced me to stay and just offered a cheaper rate.. perfect, I stayed and a few months go by and I’m at work watching the technician knock on my door through my cameras.. nobody answered so he walked around my house took a few pics and called it good, never even sprayed.. I emailed in question about it but did not accuse him .. they assured me he did his job .. watched my neighbors camera and he indeed did not do his job, never even got equipment out of his truck … when I called to cancel again and told them what happened they told me they won’t cancel until I paid the bill in full which I was refusing to pay because he literally didn’t spray… they always advertise if you’re not happy they will come back out but not once did they offer to come back out, instead told me they may need to see the videos as if I was lying, I finally just paid the bill and then tried to cancel again and they continued to try to offer cheaper discounts to stay.. when I tell them no she said let me send you to some one else that can cancel your account.. then put me on hold for 15 mins where it kept saying my call is next in line , then it finally rings and rings and and then I get a voicemail saying nobody is there to take my call… they make it very confusing and make you believe you’re paying monthly when you’re really paying quarterly service and it’s broke down monthly payments .. I just paid off my “quarterly “ and my new one starts on the 25th so of course here on the 23rd they are making it impossible for me to cancel and about ti bill me again… unless you’re making a life time commitment don’t do it!
