    Charles was great! He talked through everything and made sure we understood the process. And he was funny. I know that’s not part of the “service” but he was just a real person and made me feel the experience was much more personal. My son went back to his truck to ask him to come back to spray a an area in the house my son was concerned about and he had no problem coming back in even though he was literally ready to drive away 😊 1st time time we used but hopefully will see some great results

    Jermigha Garcia was so helpful during his visit! He gave me tons of info on what he was doing how to treat it and what to do after. I have both kids and pets and he was great with both as well. Very officiant and had such a great attitude despite having to deal with pests for work! I would definitely request him for every visit if I could.

    Marcus was excellent, letting me know everything he was doing and showing me if I ask questions and stuff he was able to answer but absolutely no problems!! Without my husband there for stuff like that, I have a lot of questions and stuff and he had a positive attitude answering them all! So I gave Marcus five stars because the service was excellent!! 😊 Thank you so much guys. I really appreciate it…

    I wasn’t looking to switch providers but decided to give it a try because our sales rep, Oscar, was so polite and very informative without being pushy like so many others. Marcus, the technician came the same day for our initial treatment and was great. He was very friendly, professional and gave a very thorough treatment, checking under eaves, corners etc. I feel confident we will like the service.

    My experience started out with a very friendly and intelligent rep who came to my door. Gave me an offer I couldn’t refuse. I absolutely despise doing pest control myself. Ant and mosquito bites are the worst. Charles came out to treat my lawn while I was at work. Took a look around, and saw granules liberally applied to all the ant hills. My yard is a little unruly right now, so hard to see the rest of the application. But he did take care of the wasp nests too. Time will tell as far as efficacy. I’ll update at some point, but so far, happy with the service! And nice to see the company is big, well established, and highly rated.

    Sean came to the house and had to face an unexpected situation. He was respectful and professional explaining how he could best help ne as the customer. I do wish that dispatch would communicate with the drivers as Sean did not have many if the fly hangers we normally get even kniw i asked dispatch to make sure that they brought plenty.

    Charles W. was amazing, informational, and very professional. He did an excellent service today for us and gave me a lot of insight of what the next steps are as to keeping our house pest free and even did a service for us that I did not know that they provided. I was very grateful for that because it’s gonna definitely help since we have children and we want to keep them safe from all unnecessary products that contain a bunch of toxins and he Guided us to the best products that he thought would be best for what we need.

    IT IS NOT LEGAL FOR YOU TO PERFORM A SERVICE ON MY PROPERTY WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I previously had left a 5 star review but I am amending that review after my second service from Alta. I will no longer be using their services. What was communicated to me was that they would come out for the first visit then return 30 days later, then every other month following the 30 day follow up visit. The industry standard is 3-4 months for those who don’t know, but I was initially okay with bi-monthly because the service is relatively inexpensive. They came out for their first visit on October 2nd and returned for the follow up on October 22nd. I was given no notification they had scheduled my follow up appointment. They claim to have sent a text message the technician was on his way but I did not receive that message. I got a notification to review the technician and an email confirming they had come by. It is not okay with me that they scheduled an appointment without notifying me. Its not okay with me they came to my home and were on my property without notifying me. It is not okay with me they came back 10 days early without my consent. It is not okay with me that when I called to express my grievance with them coming back after 20 days they told me within two weeks is fine. Their solution is that they can put a note in my file that says i want to be notified two days prior to the appointment. It is unacceptable to me that that is not already the company standard. It is also a legal requirement that they notify you 48 hours in advance. It is inexcusable to me that this company thinks its okay to just show up whenever they feel like it without letting you know. Im going to be out of the country for most of December, my property would be inaccessible if they just showed up. It is ridiculous to me that they think its okay to not communicate with you when they have scheduled your appointment for until the technician is on their way. The first technician called me when he realized I wasn't home to get my consent to treat my property. The second technician did not, on top of not receiving the text notification, had he called I would have told him it was not okay. I feel incredibly violated that someone was on my property without my knowledge or consent. Alta does not care. I am extremely disappointed because my first interaction with this company was very pleasant. Save yourself the money, there are better pest control companies. This one sucks. This is not about the money at all. I am extremely pissed that your company violated my consent to you being on my property. You seem to think that because your contracts are vague you can do whatever you want. You can't. You are actively breaking laws. You are in full breach of our contract. I have filed complaints with the Texas Department of Agriculture, Texas Attorney General Consumer Complaints, and the BBB. I hope they shut your business down. I can't tell if the people running this company are stupid or just malicious. Probably a mix of both.

    I was very impressed with my service. Charles did an amazing job answering all my questions and addressing my problem. He was funny and we had great conversations. I hope he will continue to be my technician. Highly recommend him 10/10

    These guys are the real dill pickle. Friendly, not pushy at all, and when I received the first service, they were thorough and expedient. They also came by the next and checked up on us to see how it went, which was appreciated. They're very personable and it's been a very long time since I've received this level of customer service. They treated us like we were humans, not just another job.

    Frank Gilmore is The Absolute Best! When I met him, I knew he was more than your every day technician… I thought he was "Undercover Boss!!! Frank is a great communicator, and went above and beyond any other pest control technician ever has for us. He is 6 stars out of 5! I’m also convinced that he’s the CEO!! Thank you Frank!

    We really like working with Alta. Evan came to do our initial inspection and treatment. He was communicative, on time, and very friendly. I could see that he went around the property several times to make sure he got everything. Hope he comes again!

    We have been extremely disappointed with Alta since we first signed up until today. We had the pleasure of working with Frank, and he completely changed our experience. For the first time, I felt heard, cared for, and genuinely supported. Frank was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. He treated our home as if it were his own and showed real concern for the issues we’ve been dealing with. He finally put out the rodent box we’ve been paying for, placed sticky pads to help detect activity, and made sure every concern was addressed. It was refreshing to work with someone who is not only skilled but also a truly decent human being. Don’t know if it’s possible, but if it is, we would love for Frank to service our home for the rest of our contract. Highly recommend requesting him!

He took the time to walk me through every step of the service, explaining what he was doing and why — something I really appreciated. His attention to detail was next-level. He inspected every corner, answered all my questions with patience and clarity, and made sure I understood how to keep things pest-free going forward. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. It’s rare to find someone who’s both technically skilled and so customer-focused.     Alta Pest Control has been outstanding from start to finish. They recently completed a detailed follow-up visit where they replaced the bait box, properly disposed of a deceased rodent, and thoroughly inspected both the roof and exterior perimeter for potential entry points. Their attention to detail and proactive approach gave us real peace of mind. We also discovered during this process that the original Milo insulation in our home was actually attracting rodents and contributing to the problem. Alta didn’t just point out the issue — they replaced the insulation and helped correct the root cause, not just the symptoms. We have a lifetime service plan with them, and based on the consistency, knowledge, and professionalism of their team, it has already proven to be a worthwhile investment. Communication has been clear, the technicians are respectful, and the work has been thorough every step of the way. Highly recommended for anyone dealing with persistent or complex pest issues.

    Sean was great! Very friendly and polite. I asked him to do a couple of things and he did it very promptly. Came back and said goodbye while asking if there was anything else that I needed. Absolutely love the service that I get from Alta Pest Control.
