Do not engage this company to manage your property. Despite my clear communication and Tracy's explicit approval of a treatment list, she deliberately sent a technician with an incorrect list, causing issues at my residents. Two weeks in a row she sent her a text out with a complete wrong list standing up at least 3 to 4 of my residents, making them clear out and follow directions off their prep list and just to not show up. Pretty disgraceful. Her inexplicable behavior includes agreeing to terms and then acting in direct opposition. Consequently, the company loses contracts weekly and continues to invoke its name while facing a lawsuit. Business owners who risk litigation and problems with improper treatments and chemical use might consider this company, though it is likely to land them in court.

Extremely unprofessional. Employee literally ignored me when I told him where the pests were and began spraying while me and my cat were still in the home. When I got back I noticed he dripped poison on my floors throughout my house. They also threaten residents with an $85 fee immediately on their pest control notice. Overall just an extremely unprofessional company. I cannot recommend going with a different pest control service enough. And also… THEY NEVER EVEN SUCCESSFULLY KILL THE ROACHES

Do not hire this company. The technician came to my apartment unit when I wasn’t home, they were only supposed to spray outside and had NO Permission to enter. Well they came in and they stole money that I had on my counter. I have tried to contact the manager and the lady that answers the phone keeps hanging up on me. Are they hiding the fact that money was stolen from my unit or why don’t they even want to talk to me?

Would give 0 stars if possible. First of all the give a 14 hour window? 8am-6pm. Shows up at 4 is rude doesn’t even listen when we’re trying to tell him where pests are he just ignores us and starts spraying while our cat isn’t even out the house yet. Then he dropped chemicals all through the house. Seriously???

Anchor came out to our property in Denver to spray the interior and exterior for pavement/sugar ants. Mike was the technician and he really explained the process so I could understand. We have young kids so he was sure to take any precautions necessary. Mike and the office manager I talked to were both friendly and easy to talk to. They assured me the treatment would solve our ant problem as so far we have been very pleased as we have not seen a single ant since. I chose this company because they are locally owned and have great reviews.
