I unfortunately discovered a large yellow jacket nest and they swarmed me so I called anchor! This is the second time I’ve used them and both times have been a great experience! The tech Mike came out to our house that had three large yellow jacket nests that I recently discovered. Mike didn’t just spray and walk away-he dug the nests out & used two different treatments to actually solve the issue. I can’t thank you enough!!

From the initial phone call to anchor because we had a bees nest appear just before our 4th of July gathering, the secretary was SO kind and attentive! She set up a technician to come out very quickly and he saved the day removing the nest. Thank you so much for everything from beginning to end!

Kevin was informative and thoroughly treated the perimeter of my home. I saw him sweeping spider webs from shutters and eaves even on our nearby shed. We look forward to seeing less pests these coming months. He reminded me that should pests be an issue after treatment, call and they would perform another treatment for no extra charge; so they stand behind their work.

For the record, I have caught 15 mice since Ernie visited here on 9/22/25. Also, I have not caught any mice since 10/2/25 and today is 10/7/25.

Anchor techs have provided the solutions we need to eliminate insects and rodents from getting inside our home. This is important to us since we live in a wooded area. Always satisfied with the service provided

This review is for Anchor Pest Services, not necessarily a specific technician. I hired Anchor because I discovered rats around my vegetables and fruit trees in my yard this summer. I chose Anchor because their website and their contract both stated that they would be able to eliminate, not simply "control" the rodent problem, which is all that an alternative company stated they would be able to do. Every time I had a tripped trap or asked for someone to come and check bait stations, appointments were scheduled quickly and technicians were always pleasant and helpful when they arrived. One technician, Liam Reilly was particularly knowledgeable and impressive, however ALL of the technicians worked together to END my rodent issue. I could not be more pleased and satisfied with Anchor, and have already repeatedly recommended them to others when I tell them about my personal experience.

Anchor is a great company to work with. They are very customer focused, very responsive and stand by their work. The price is reasonable. Anchor Technicians are very timely and do a great job. .
