Vaughn is a really nice and knowledgeable employee. He sprays all areas inside and out and never misses anywhere. He's respectful with removing his shoes when coming inside the house without even being asked. He's a great asset to Anderson Pest Control. Thank you! Anderson has a great website portal with details of my service and upcoming appointments. I trust their products and I'm never concerned with them using a cheaper watered down chemical either. I've been with Anderson for over 10 years and their prices are extremely reasonable, and I have no interest in switching to someone else.

They have served us for many years. and kept the ants and spiders under control without harming our pets and landscaping. Respectful of our home. Good communication. I like getting reminders of visits and payments. They handle special requests well.

Five years ago, we had serious rat problems, so we replaced the insulation in our attic and asked Anderson to keep them out. They set a few traps but we had to constantly remind them to check them (and remove the dead ones). Last month we received an offer to buy the house and the buyer did a home inspection. Before the inspection, we called Anderson to inspect the attic and remove the traps that we assumed had been working. The buyer's pest control found not only extensive evidence of another infestation, but one of the traps they left behind, along with a remediation estimate of almost $3k. When I spoke to the owner (from a masked number) he blamed us for asking to have the traps removed and said the infestation happened in the 45 days since they stopped "service." He refused to accept any responsibility or even show up to inspect the damage. Mistakes happen to all of us, but please step up and own them.
