Excellent service! Ive had some issues with birds leaving droppings on my property. I consulted Frank to remove the birds and place bird guards around my panels and roof. frank and his team were very professional, showed up on time, completed and left the site clean! Plenty of photos were shared while the work was being completed. Great service and company will call again if needed.

Frank responded quickly to my phone call about a possum hiding in my house. He explained procedures and costs, emailed me a contract, and arrived shortly thereafter. He found the possum behind the stove (where I would never have looked), caught it with his assistant and released it outside. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Animal Control responded to us immediately though it was late at night when we found a bat in our apartment. A technician came to our home within an hour and gently and humanely captured the bat so that it could be released into the wild. We were impressed with the service. I cannot recommend Frank and his team more highly - they are knowledgeable, capable, friendly and, mostly importantly, highly effective. I called Frank in crisis after seeing mice in my Manhattan apartment and he immediately sent a technician over. He himself came a few days later to do one of the most thorough and remarkable jobs. He and his team fully sealed my apartment, plugging large holes and rebuilding portions of my kitchen cabinets to ensure that no critters were able to gain access to my home. It was Sunday evening and we discovered a bat hanging near our front door. Thankfully Animal Control NY/NJ was open and quick to respond! Frank and his assistant came quickly, and immediately removed the bat. Friendly, Professional, fast! We had a critter in our chimney. Frank came within 15 minutes after our call, around 6. Very professional and thorough finding that we had a squirrel. He was very humane in catching and then releasing the squirrel on our lawn. In addition, he climbed to the roof to see and correct how the squirrel got in and gave us recommendations on how to avoid next time. Would highly recommend. And would use him again if needed.
