READ THIS BEFORE CONSIDERING ANTHEM PEST CONTROL!!! I’ve had multiple terrible experiences with Anthem Pest Control and hope this helps at least one person make an educated decision on their pest control services. Red Flag #1: The salesman, Nathan, was overly aggressive. Despite telling him I was in a meeting, he insisted on staying at my door and even invited himself into my home when I said my dogs weren’t friendly as he was "good with dogs" (in his own words). He took my phone and emailed my previous pest control company to cancel my services without my full understanding of the situation and prior to any decisions having come to a conclusion. My mom and I both tried multiple times to get him to leave, but he would not take the hit and insisted on discussing his pregnant wife, their new home, and their new furniture. Red Flag #2: After a routine spray service, in which the technician left my floors and baseboards completely drenched in spray (see photos) I had a severe allergic reaction, breaking out in horribly painful hives. I called 4-5 times in October to ask for the ingredients in the spray (per my allergists recommendation - this would allow us to make an educated decision on what caused the hives) and to speak to a manager, but never received a callback. I only heard from them once in November, but missed the call and as I didn’t know it was from Anthem. They did not leave a voicemail, or follow up at any point to indicate that he was calling with Anthem. The only reason I know he attempted to reach me was because I was able to reach the manager at the end of November and informed me that he attempted to call and that there were no notes on my file showing I had requested a call back in October - shows how much this company cares about their customers, right? Red Flag #3: I gave them one more chance in December after speaking with the branch manager, and not only did they send the same technician who drenched my floors - the same one I asked specifically that they don't send - but they new technician they sent then proceeded to soak my cabinets with spray. I had to wipe it all off immediately in hopes it wouldn't stain my cabinets or damage the wood. Red Flag #4: I paid for a full year of service upfront and requested a refund in October to switch to another company. It’s now January, and I still haven’t received my refund. The branch manager, David (the only person I have been able to get a hold of in 3+ months), has stopped responding to my calls and texts for an update, and the company leaves you on hold for over 30 minutes when you ask to speak to a manager, my guess is hoping that you will give up. Please avoid Anthem Pest Control at all costs. They don’t care about their customers, your time, your home, or your health. It is quite obvious that you are just a cash cow to them - unlike what they portray online.

Tech Jonathan Sneed-Ortiz provided excellent service. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to listen to all of my concerns, making sure everything was addressed. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and customer care. I’ll definitely be recommending Anthem Pest Control to others.

I was given promises that were not kept. Although they came to my door as Anthem, this company is really called Azura. That should be a red flag right there, but I 'll them treat my home anyway, with the promise i I don't like it or couldn't continue I could cancel free of charge. I was not home because it was so late but there with three other adults in the house.. YET the interior did not get sprayed. And whose to say if the exterior even did? They are making it extremely hard to cancel and now they want to charge to cancel. I do NOT recommend them.

Jake arrived to my scheduled appointment on-time, asked about the issue we're experiencing (ants, ants, ants). He then explained the service, treated the outside perimeter of the house and treated the indoor affected areas. Based on the service received today, I recommend this company and their technician Jake.

If you are not satisfied with the treatment of your house they willing to come back to make it the way you like it.
