Justin was extremely knowledgeable and took his time looking for colonies and laying bait for the ants. A very large job these young men had in front of them but Brandon, Dre and Travis did it diligently and handled it. I had a rodent problem both in attic and under home. If you wish to cancel you must give a 30 day notice. They spray the perimeter every four months and you can call them anytime you see activity. I was a little frustrated with a massive amount of rain that we had this summer because I felt like they should’ve just known to come a little more frequently rather than me call after there was a problem. I’m still giving them four stars because they do handle things in person on the phone rather than email only.

Shane does a great job around the house outside, the garage and courtyard. Only had 2 bugs sneak in the last 8 months which is really good living in Florida. He is always courteous, very personable and always on time

I call. Ed pistol to come in to do the outside of my foundation. I saw on camera that the guy was doing my fence line. I didn't ask for the fence line. I just wanted the foundation around my house. That's where the bugs are. I don't care if the bugs are lying defense line. I need him to come around to the home and do around the circumference of the house. I was kind of disappointed at what he did today.
