EDIT: I'm sad to say although my original 5-star for Trae is genuine & he the follow-up rep Isaac were fantastic, my review for Aptive itself has dropped significantly. We not only have an active nest outside, but we are now finding live wasps in our kitchen and when I went to pick up my glass of iced tea, there was a live wasp that I touched on the outside of the glass. We believe our daughter was stung by one in the living room a week ago. We already requested & received a re-service last week & they are coming out a third time tomorrow. Sorry, Aptive, but the representative who kept reassuring me that our home is "protected" was incorrect. Two weeks later & it's like nothing was ever done and we have a 1-year contract now for what? We don't feel like our home is protected by your service or whatever you're using that doesn't seem to be working. [Original Review] I really liked our technician Trae. He showed up on time, explained the process, treated the area, complimented us on catching this situation before it become a bigger problem, corrected the contract misunderstanding that the salesperson had made on the phone last night on the spot before having me sign it, took photos of every area he sprayed & texted them to us, was receptive about not spraying our lawn since our dogs eat our grass out front, immediately found the hole they chewed through in my daughter's bedroom (we never even looked in that spot!), checked the attic, found the entryway to the entry point outside the house, and treated all areas. He was not only professional, but had a very calm demeanor, which I complimented him on many times, and it helped me feel calmer. He explained that it's good to be calm around wasps because they can sense when someone is not calm (me!) around them. Trae did a remarkable job representing a company I have never heard of before last night & because of him & all the follow-up, I am happy to leave 5 genuine stars.

Xavier is an excellent technician, he took all the time I needed for my questions and answers them in a way so I could easily understand. If it were possible, I'd request him to be my regular APTIVE representative... Say, I know that isn't an option- but I wish it were. I'm very happy with the extra attention I received as per my request for the gnats and bugs in my 1st floor bathroom. The spraying seems to have had a positive effect already!

Graham came from Aptive and was so nice and patient with all of my questions! He deserves a 10/10 and 2 Thumbs up! So glad I went with this local company; super responsive and came out the day after I called!

Derek is outstanding. He's an honest good worker, and well versed in his position as not only a skilled operator, but also mindful of his company's systems, and helpful in navigating them. I've no reason not to use their service again.

This was my first experience with Aptive, and I must say that everyone was exceptionally polite. Graham, in particular, was fantastic—he explained everything clearly and thoroughly. If all of your employees are as professional and knowledgeable as Graham, it wouldn’t matter who you send for service; I’d feel confident in the quality every time.

My tech today was Josh who came and did a wonderful job. He found an underground wasp nest that could have been dangerous if my kids found it. He took care of it quickly. Thank you Josh!

I truly appreciated that Ryan was communicating with me throughout the morning from before he came to the house, when arrived and sent pictures of the areas he treated after completing service. The only thing I wish I was there get the interior treated. Other than that. Great service.

I especially like how weather conditions can effect spraying and this treatment was broken up into a second one coming back during a dry few days next week. Ryan is a repeat technician, always a 10/10!

Happy so far. We have just starting using Aptive services, so only time will tell for the pest control results. Our Technician Graham was on time, friendly, and explained what he was doing. Graham did a thorough job and covered all problem areas. Thanks again.
