Kyle was early and great as all Aptive techs are. He was incredibly thorough and the early appt. Was welcomed. Ty another 5 star treatment today 7/11/25 by Azeriah. Basement done with glue traps replaced inside and out. Front and back yard sprayed, pictures sent. If I could give more than five stars, I certainly would as Azeriah is a perfect example of why I will stay with Aptive Brandon came out 9/11/25 and really took care of us. He found a wasps nest on the fence hidden behind a post and took care of it along with the front and back yard and basement. Perfection

I called Aptive for help with a wasp problem, and Chris was outstanding. He treated the wasps around our hot tub, but didn’t stop there — he thoroughly inspected both the inside and outside of our home. He found and addressed not only the wasps, but also yellow jackets, mud dauber nests, and significant spider activity. What impressed me most was his care and respect for our property. I explained that I wanted the minimum treatment necessary so we could continue to coexist with the woodland creatures around our home. Chris went above and beyond to make sure the approach was safe, effective, and aligned with my concerns. He took the time to answer every question and never rushed. This service is fantastic. They came quickly, addressed all the issues where the wasps had built nests and were making it impossible to be in my backyard. Now I can enjoy it again! The second time they came back for a follow up service, the wasps were rebuilding one nest so they treated that again. I also added on having them spray my basement where spiders were out of control. It will be nice to have less of them around too. Great price to give me back my space. Always on time and great company to communicate with! I highly recommend Aptive!

Great people and great service. Called yesterday when we noticed spiders and mice and they came today to treat our affected areas. Our tech, Alliance, was very professional and informative, she treated our house inside and out while explaining the benefits of their process. When complete she sent a variety of pics showing what she did. Highly recommend there service.

Actually I’m not sure your tech was her. There was someone home all day. Addtionally we have cameras on the house and it did not show your person from 6:00AM until 3:40PM which now. I think you should document the visitation and substantiate the suppose visitation. The previous visit was very fast and I questioned the service . Bob
