We just had a visit from John, and my goodness what a great professional! He took his time to tour our condo and look in every room, asked clarifying questions, explained the biology and culture of ants, and then spent his time creating a plan for the inside and outside of our place. Very courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. HIGHLY reocmmend!

After having my house treated almost 2 years ago by Archer, I discovered what I thought was termite damage. John was very quick to come address my concerns. The issues did not involve pests but he took his time and explained what the problem was and what to do to fix it. Instead of making me call additional professionals .

We recently used Archer to help with an infestation that we had been trying to deal with on our own for months. Finally called them in and they were so knowledgeable. They put our mind at ease that we had been doing the right things but sometimes its just not enough and gave us tips on how to further prevent and fight a future infestation. Reasonably priced, locally owned, and just the nicest people!

John is a really nice guy and he doesn't cut corners. The system he uses really spreads the chemical everywhere rather than the last person who only used a hand sprayer.

For three years in a row I used Archer for ants in our house. This year I used them for the third and last time. Nine days later there were ants. Due to a trip out of town I delayed calling Archer until 20 days after their work at our house. My call was not returned for a couple of days, then I was told that the person I was talking to could not make a decision whether they would stand behind their work, she would check with her manager and get back to me. Another week went by, I received no call and therefore I called to find out the manager's decision, which was that we were due for another spray anyway! They would charge for coming. I rate their service as poor because they were very slow to respond to my calls and ultimately did not stand behind their work.
