Gregory is an outstanding young man and truly an asset to any company he works for. His kind demeanor and genuine conversations always go a long way. He’s very knowledgeable and has a sharp eye for the small details — and those details really make the biggest difference. We especially appreciate his courtesy notices before he stops by and the way he always checks in to ask if we’ve noticed anything new or have any concerns. Definitely a company I would recommend. Just with the two services I’ve had I will be using them for a long time. Their employees are always on time or earlier. They keep me informed when they will be here. Gregory has been the one doing all the services, he has great customer skills, cares for the needs of my family and pet, he absolutely gets to know the customer, any question I had he had the answers to which sets them different from the rest of the companies I have dealt with.

I reached out for a quote via a form on the company website, after reviewing many comments on Yelp. I was contacted by Adam within a very short time. He asked many questions about what I needed and was very thorough in explaining the company's services. They were able to schedule an appointment within a coupe of days. Hugo showed up that day, at the beginning of the appointment window, and let me know he was on his way via text message. Hugo was very enthusiastic about his work and made sure I was happy and satisfied with his service. He made it a point to advise me I could contact the company at any time and they would send a technician out ASAP to deal with any lingering pest issues. The communication with Arrest-a-Pest, via text message and email, has been great! The last company I used for pest control was the opposite so I am extremely happy so far with the service I have received from the company. The price was a few bucks more a month than I was paying but I still think it's a reasonable price, especially with what I have experienced with their service.

Outstanding Company! Amazing people! Incredible communication! Those are just a few of the excellent characteristics of this company. I first contacted Adam with an urgent need. He immediately came to my home and diagnosed the problem and then he presented several recommendations. He even shared recommendations that I could do myself, instead of choosing to hire his company. After that excellent treatment I signed up for monthly service. I was assigned an incredible technician Cristian. He is so good each month with excellent service and frequent communication. He is doing an outstanding job! I HIGHLY recommend this company!
