I don’t usually leave reviews, but after my experience with Elijah, I had to share. I was absolutely terrified. I heard scratching in the walls and saw a rodent dart across my kitchen floor, and that was it. Full panic mode. My Husband called Arrow, and in came Elijah like a true Prince Charming, ready to save the day. From the moment he arrived, Elijah was calm, confident, and incredibly reassuring. He listened to my concerns without judgment, explained everything in detail, and immediately got to work with a level of knowledge and focus that put me at ease. He knew exactly what he was doing, and his professionalism showed in every step of the process. Thanks to his hard work and expertise, I’m now 100% rodent free, and sleeping peacefully for the first time in weeks. And let’s just say, his good looks didn’t hurt either! It’s rare to find someone who’s not only skilled at their job but also so personable, kind, and yes, easy on the eyes. Elijah, thank you for everything you were truly a hero. Arrow is a great pest control company. We have always been very happy with our services with Arrow! Anytime in between services if we have an issue that arises they are not only able to just come out quickly but take that extra step and communicate to the customer all the details of how they will approach and target the issue. We have had different great technicians but today we were impressed with 'Marine Danny'...he arrived fully prepared to tackle our sugar ants situation and took his time to explain other insect issues as well as provide educational material on termites. I got a few different quotes from various companies but Arrow made me feel important and like they truly cared. I didn’t like the feel of another larger Pest Control company (starts with a T) they were too pushy and showed up unannounced. ARROW was phenomenal from start to finish. Will was my technician and he was thorough, communicative, and super knowledgeable. I always felt safe with him in my home and he was very personable, as well as Mike, who also assisted. Danny with Arrow is awesome! Super friendly, showed up on time, and really knows his stuff. He made sure everything was taken care of and even gave us some helpful tips. I love Arrow Environmental and Danny is great! My landlord had a pest service coming out once a month. When I moved in, I called Arrow because I noticed wasp's nests that the old pest service had not removed. Danny came out and found huge wasps nests from around my house that he promptly removed.
