Let me tell you, the difference isn’t small, it’s everything. When we first moved in, we were locked into a contract with a big company. They had decent reviews and served multiple states, but in practice it was a constant struggle. We dealt with spiders, fire ants, and attic rats that were never properly noticed or handled. Every single person I’ve met from Arrow has been genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and straightforward, and each one has given me their personal cell number with instructions to call anytime if we had issues. That kind of accessibility and accountability is almost unheard of today, and it deserves praise. They fixed all our old issues, properly sealed the home, got rid of the attic rats, and took care of ants and spider problems. Everything is noticeably better, and I feel safe and confident in our pest protection. I’ve been using Arrow Exterminators for over a year now and I can’t say enough great things about them — especially Joe! Joe is always extremely thorough, professional, and polite. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure no detail is overlooked. He is also very quick to respond, just the other day I had 3 wasp nests that needed to be removed immediately from our backyard and he was there within the hour to take care of it. It’s rare to find someone so consistent and genuinely caring, and Joe is truly top-notch! I also want to give a shoutout to Tate who services my small business beauty studio. He’s just as professional and dependable, and I really appreciate how respectful and efficient he is during each visit. I have been using arrow exterminators since they were called hutto pest control. I received the quarterly service with the refreshers in between if needed. They come out with their vehicle and using their own water. They're able to go and spray around all the property laying down the poison. There's a 2-hour delay if you have pets before they can go back outside. We end up getting some of the rat poison bait boxes as well and those things work great. Living next to a storage lot we see a lot of containers coming in and out which would bring in new unwanted pest. We are lucky and are set at a great price because we've had continuous service for the past 5 years so we do not pay the same as their current rates. We are grandfathered in to $90 every 3 months. I do spend an extra $20 for a rep vape poison because I have eight traps. Omar was our representative when we first started off and now runs a portion of the company which we're happy for him congratulations. Jamie is our new rep and she is super awesome!. She comes out and does fantastic work We highly recommend arrow exterminators. It is very hard for me not to post pictures but besides taking pictures of the work truck there's not much I could provide. Unless he would see pictures of dead rats then I had tons of those say look what we found to Jamie when I was happy the first time she killed a bunch of them for us.

Have been a loyal customer for 3+ years. The techs are very attentive, provide great information, no spammy upselling conversations, and very professional. Zidney is great on our quarterly inspections and Joe did a phenomenal job at treating our rodent issue earlier in the year.

Everyone that has come over for our quarterly appointment has been friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. The service itself has been fantastic, keeping the pests at bay every time.
