My overall experience with Arrow was excellent and I can recommend their services without hesitation. Dennis arrived on time, listened to my concerns and was highly professional and thorough. I had concerns regarding some types of common extermination products and he respected these concerns. A thorough examination of my home, both interior and exterior, revealed issues that were then expertly addressed. A return visit was scheduled one week later to assess the effectiveness of the treatment. I was pleased to report excellent results and Dennis performed a thorough second examination. Very happy with our recent service with Arrow. The main phone number (Dennis) was quick to return my voice mail and to get us scheduled. Ken came to do an inspection to look for mice and entry points to our home - including going into the attic and checking the roof line (which apparently a lot of companies won't do). He was very thorough and walked me through what to look for in the future. Saved Arrow's contact info in my phone, in case we need them again!

It’s never fun when you have a pest problem but Arrow came out swiftly, found the problem, fixed it, came back to check their work and cleaned up what they caught. This is the second year I contacted Arrow pest control in order to take care of some wasp nests. This year was harder cause the wasps managed to locate themselves under the roof and it was pretty high but they got them all! Always super professional and accountable! Very affordable too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
