I work night shifts and sleep during the day, so I make every effort to ensure my rest isn’t disturbed. Despite having a clearly visible “No Soliciting” sign posted at my door, I was abruptly awakened today by a representative from Axiom Pest Control attempting to sell their service. When I confronted him and reminded him not to disturb me, he responded with an obscene gesture and sped off on his hoverboard. If this is the kind of behavior Axiom finds acceptable from its field representatives, I can only imagine the quality of their customer service. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before doing business with this company.

We’ve loved having Axiom since we purchased our house a year ago. The techs do an excellent job, and the customer service is always flawless. I spoke with Matt today to get our quarterly visit scheduled ASAP and he made the entire process as easy as possible.

We were having a lot of issues with spiders inside our home and bees on the deck. Dion Dotson offered us a great program for a fantastic price. Service started the next day and we couldn’t be happier.

I’ve been really happy with Axiom’s quarterly service. My yard was covered with a pest that was difficult to identify. After trying several products and not seeing results, and after speaking with management about next steps we could take, they collected some samples and sent them out for identification. This process took a while but it helped us come up with a plan. And the plan is working! I’m really grateful for Axiom’s attention to detail and patience. I had a quarterly service today and the two techs were great. Highly recommend.

Honest. Professional. Reliable. I reached out to Aimvo as they came highly recommended. They were by far the most affordable option and very professional. Keith was amazing. He was scheduled to visit my home the very next day. He was on time and very knowledgeable. He inspected my home, and told me I really don’t need the services I requested, and worked with me to make sure I don’t get charged for services I do not need. He was very passionate about doing right by the customer which is rare now a days! When I called customer service, they were so kind and didn’t charge me (Keith had already communicated everything with them). I will most certainly be using them again and highly recommend to anyone. Truck number 55 license plate DSZK45 is a very poor representation of this company. You should not have somebody driving a company vehicle that is willing to put other people’s lives at risk because he’d rather get somewhere quicker. I now will literally choose to never use this company just solely based on the fact that you have aggressive drivers on the road cutting people off just so that they can get home by five.

Ashley was helpful, kind and considerate! She helped me out so much. I really appreciate the grace she gave to me in the "SPIDER" issue I am experiencing at the moment. She was a gem and did her job confidently and made me a happy customer of AXIOM!!!!

If bugs had Yelp, they’d be leaving one-star reviews for Axiom Pest Control—because these guys don’t mess around. I went from feeling like I was living in an audition for a “National Geographic: Insects Gone Wild” episode to enjoying a bug-free home that even my cat approves of. The technician was on time, professional, and clearly knew his stuff (I’m convinced he could identify a cricket by its middle name). They explained everything in plain English, didn’t upsell me, and most importantly—no more creepy-crawly roommates. In short: Axiom turned my house from “wasp Airbnb” into “humans only.” Highly recommend!

From the moment representative, Easton Duvalois, knocked at our door to the technician, John McAllister, showing up later that day, the team was professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. We were dealing with several pest issues, and they addressed each one with care and expertise: • Interior ant treatment spray and bait was applied with precision. • Wasp nests on the exterior of our home were safely removed and treated to prevent them from returning. • Sticky traps were strategically placed in the garage and other key areas to monitor and manage any lingering pests. • A complete interior and exterior spray was performed, creating a strong barrier around our home. John, the technician, took the time to explain strategy, answered all our questions, made sure we felt confident in the treatment plan and was incredibly thorough. My house has been treated for spiders by this company. One of The girls who came to spray was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. ( I think her name was Zoie) She was also very helpful and made sure to treat all areas of concern. She even cleaned the old spider webs that she saw around the house which many of the Axiom techs said they would do but never did. I also asked if she would replace the old bug traps that were installed by them some months ago in the garage and wherever else their first tech placed them and she did while others have came, sprayed and just left the old ones there with dead spiders and what not. I love the fact that she did exactly what I asked and more. She did a great job at doing her job! I would request her every time if I could. As far as Axiom as a whole I think they are good so far. I haven’t had any major issues or complaints.

This was our first time working with Eduardo from Axiom eco- Pest Control, and we were so impressed. He was professional, friendly, and very thorough — taking the time to explain everything he was doing and making sure we felt comfortable with the process. You can tell he really cares about doing the job right. If every technician is as attentive and personable as Eduardo, we’ll definitely be long-term Axiom customers. Highly recommend!

Jacque performed a service at our home. He was attentive to detail. He communicated well and was professional. He noted our small dog and let us know to keep her inside for at least 30 minutes. He did a very good job.

Today I had the opportunity of talking to a phone representative by the name of Thomas. Thomas was very cordial professional and extremely helpful on getting an appointment set up. Not only did he help me get the exterior serviced, he arranged for the interior to be serviced slso. However, I had to call back because the times I originally picked did not work. The second time I spoke to a young man by the name of Ryan. Ryan was not as professional and helpful as Thomas was. In fact, Ryan’s demeanor on the call made me feel as if I shouldn’t be calling in to reschedule the time and he was being put out by my phone call. By the end of the call, the times were changed effectively and once again this Axiom is a wonderful pest control company.

I’ve used Axiom for over a year and I like them. I like that they are environmentally friendly and safe for pets! However, they seem a little spendy. the amount of time the technician spends onsite compared to the price seems incongruent…. It would be helpful to have a little more interaction with the technician when they’re on site just so I know what they’re doing!
