Davey and Alex did an amazing job! The team was on time, very professional, and explained everything clearly. They handled my pest problem quickly, and I haven’t had any issues since. Their pricing is fair and the quality of service is top-notch. Highly recommend!

In a world in which people are increasingly out for their own and everyone is motivated by the mighty dollar, the cynics among you might expect that a pest extermination company would take advantage of a single father willing to pay any price to protect his kids from bedbugs, but not this company! Thomas Kealey and the folks at Banner Pest Services are the REAL DEAL. Knowledgeable, Honest, trustworthy and thorough.. I called because I was freaked out by the bites my kids have received overnight and the possibility that they could be bedbugs. Thomas came to my my house and did a thorough inspection for bedbugs. Thank God he did find any, but we did discuss what - in his experience could be causing the bites afflicting my household. We discussed potential pest treatments for that as well as other potential pests that may be affecting my home. I will definitely be doing business with Thomas and Banner, again.

Banner did a great job out sending the right technician to my residence. It’s always a better experience when your service provider comes through the door with a great vibe. Christian did just that. He provided a superb quality of customer service with his knowledge and professionalism.

I called due to rats in my basement. The person who did the initial inspection put the wrong notes in and the order was incorrect. They sent someone to place baited traps but didn’t seal the access holes (which I was told by the initial inspector that he saw holes and would seal). So they effectively are baiting in more rats. A manager came by and noted the error so that they could fix it, but it’s been more than a day since they’ve been here and they won’t schedule someone to come fix the issue. They’ve done an effective job at trying to attract more rats to our house. I’m still waiting on them to help resolve this issue and it looks like they won’t be able to do it until almost a week later than they initially scheduled. I’m regretting picking them over other service providers, even though they were more affordable. Each individual person I’ve interacted with has been nice, but the system as a whole isn’t working. [UPDATE] The delayed quote I received to complete the original outlined work was incorrect. It didn't include the basic thing I needed, instead only including extras I didn't want.
