DO NOT HIRE DERIC!! He seems very nice and professional at first but he changes if you have any remaining bed bugs after treatment. Within one to 2 weeks after the treatment, I had live bed bugs. I video'd and photographed them. He claimed that I falsified the videos. He even told this to my landlord who was paying for the treatment. He came back out and sprayed something and said he found no evidence of live bed bugs. Bed bugs you can ONLY see mainly at night in the middle of the night. I don't see how you can falsify the time and date stamp on an iPhone. I played everything for my landlord and luckily they believed me and had to basically threaten to sue him to come back out and repeat the treatment. For a while the bed bugs were gone but they can remain dormant for over a year. It is now only 11 months later and the bed bugs are back because he doesn't use steam and he doesn't keep coming back. I don't stay overnight anywhere else and no one else has slept in my room and this is where they were to begin with from former tenants. He is nasty and will turn on you if you have to have him back. He denies everything. He can say what he wants that he sees no evidence of live bugs. But I even captured some and he claimed I went out and bought them! As if I don't have anything better to do! Don't use this guy!! Use Bed Bug Authority in Franklin!

I didn't know who to call until I saw this online. They got rid of my bed bugs which has one treatment I was very happy. They also got rid of all my cockroaches in one visit they are the best the wait outside was okay but I prefer meant to be outside as long as I was. But it was worth it the best part they didn't have to take nothing outside just took my bedding off my bed and bag it I will definitely use this company again they did an awesome job thank you so much and God bless

Before choosing an exterminator we read through reviews and I guess I should have believed the previous bad reviews I read from others who have used this company as they have turned out to be true. Deric and his nephew came to do the the initial treatment on 2/26/2025. That same night we found live bugs so we sent Deric vdeos. He sent his nephew back to our home on 2/28/2025 he provided heat treatment for 1 bedroom but claimed he did not see any live bugs. The next morning we found live bugs in other rooms. We took videos then killed them. This is when Derics demeanor changed but he did agree to come back to inspect. We went 4 days without seeing any bugs so to not waste the company's time I called and told him not to come, that we would give it a few more days to be sure the bugs were still in our house before having him come back. He agreed and promised me that if we found more, even after 30 days, he would still come back to treat the infested areas since we had let him know during the 30 days we were still finding bugs. Rather than being a reputable business man, he blocked my phone number. I know this because all of my calls were going straight to voicemail but when I called him from a different number the call went through. I've been nothing but kind to this man and he is now accusing us of lying saying we are trying to take advantage of him and that we must have brought the bugs back in our home. We did not remove anything at all from our home during treatment. We didn't even wear our same clothes back in the house. He will tell you everything you want to hear up front and then make up 1000 reasons on why the treatment did not work and not honor his guarantee. Trust my review and other reviews before you give this company money. He may be the cheapest around but he's showed me cheaper is never better. He also has an F rating on the Better Business Bureau website. Treatment was 3 weeks ago and we still have bedbugs and no money to have anyone else come treat the house.

This company is sooo great. They came immediately. They are professional, discreet, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. After our treatment of one room we had some show up in another room. They came back immediately and did the whole house, which we should have done in the first place. They honored their warranty and resolved the bed bug problem . We are bug free! I would work with them again, if needed. I highly recommend this company!
