Chris was very thoroughly in explaining the process of getting rid of ALL of those annoying and hard to kill bed bugs. I had paid two other pest control companies to get rid of them without success. Chris walked me through each step with a one two punch. Heat treatment first and then the chemicals to kill the rest that the heat did not. The great thing about getting rid of them yourself is you know that you will be thorough and won't leave out a step in the process of killing all of them bed bugs.

Everything went great except his machine cracked tile in our bathroom and kitchen, we had it set up like he told us with his little reflective shield on the floor and the tile still cracked beyond his shield. We let that go unfortunately. I admit and own that i didn't spray like i should have i got behind by a couple weeks because we have an infant in the house and it was winter, you can feel this spray in your lungs for hours after you spray and in winter with all the windows covered and freezing temps outside we could not air it out amd with covid around there was nowhere we could go with a baby, regardless of what he says its not safe to spray this with no ventilation especially with and infant running around in the rooms you just sprayed. Chris the owner said if something happens and we need to hook the machine back up to do another treatment within a year it no problem it would be $100.00 we are fine with that its worth it and its only been 5 months (we've had bedbugs this entire time regardless of spraying)..my wife called yesterday and now he says it's $300.00 in the end chris is another scam artist with a smile. The initial service is good other than him not knowing or caring about the damage he causes to tile (its going to cost a few hundred to redo our tile, but the follow up service he PROMISES is a complete scam. Find someone else to do it even when we were keeping up on spraying we still had bedbugs in our bathroom, on our couch, and on our mattress and of course occasionally on us. Don't trust chris he will not keep his word in the end. Its worth it to have a PROFESSIONAL do it for you and its worth it to pay for the followup treatment the professional FOLLOWS THROUGH ON. Part of chris' scam is to point out how much it costs for a professional to followup and complete their contract but the point remains that THEY WILL FOLLOW UP ON THEIR CONTRACT AMD THEIR VERBAL AGREEMENT!!, i guarantee its worth the money to hire a professional.😡
