Great service!! Called about 1:30 on Friday and Jeff was out before 3 to take a look. There were too many bees on a large hive our neighbor had spotted (too many leaves on our side) for them to be relocated, but he came back the same night to treat them and will be back on Monday to remove the hive. We were so glad to have such a speedy response! Thank you!

Do not recommend this company. Bee Best put off working on our home (for friends/family in town visiting, which we pardoned numerous times) after having an approved estimate for months until the rainy season arrived. Once this happened, rain caused a considerable amount of damage which they were not willing to help with compensation of after being responsible for putting the work off for months. At that point, they decided not to work with us moving forward, leaving our roof damaged and our family SOL. *I never write reviews but had to in this case because of the integrity, clarity, and follow through issues that we dealt with with this company - particularly Jeff who we worked with. *Follow on to the company’s response below* You’re right. You didn’t directly cause harm to our roof. You are confusing the issue - I didn’t say you all did. It’s what you didn’t do that hurt our roof. You called and cancelled 3 appointments for personal reasons (over the span of 2 months) before finally making it to our house. My wife had to reach out to YOU multiple times to get you to follow through. When you finally did come, it was due to an emergency of rain pouring through our ceiling due to the first heavy rain of the season; and instead of helping my wife as a sign of goodwill for putting work off for that amount of time, you and your partner roofing company charged her $750 to put on a cheap tarp, haphazardly placed on our roof. Then you “fired” us, presumably because you knew you had done enough damage already. Hope this clears things up for outsiders considering using this company. If integrity, follow through or honesty are important to you, I would strongly advise you to seek out another company.

we had a bee infestation and was struggling to get rid of the bees that were coming into our house, it was awful. My wife was on the phone trying to get some help as we had hundreds of bees flying inside our house. No one would help, only Mike. He answered his phone in his car and told us to seal off the chimney, which we discovered is where they were coming in. He saved us and we are very grateful for his advice and kindness in our time of desperation. We highly recommend him and his company, Bee Best was great, thank you Bee Best!

Super responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. Please be aware that they are a 24x7 business responding to emergency and urgent calls. Many times they’ll come to you the same day! But this comes at a cost. Worth every penny IMO.

We had bees in the house coming from the attic and chimney. I called this company as our normal pest control company was not open on the weekend. The woman answering the phone was kind and professional and clearly knew what she was talking about. She dispatched someone to the house immediately. They were here within the hour and expertly assessed the situation and remedied the problem quickly and in a friendly way. Jeffrey was professional and knowledgeable and the price was worth the peace of mind and the proficiency of the work done. I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future if we have any more problems with bees!

Jeff Lutz is truly “the Bee whisperer”. I discovered the hive the size of a large basketball around 2 pm. The hive was gone by 4 pm. I was left with clear directions on what to look for in case the hive was reforming. I really liked that he was able to do the removal in a humane way and was happy to hear they would be relocated. I would definitely recommend and use his services again! Thank You Jeff!
