Had Bee masters come out in May. Was quoted $385 at most they were aware I was in a 3 story home. When they came out ended up having to pay $525. Their contract states if we still see bees after 72 hours to notify them. We did that and told them there were a lot more. They said it was normal. We emailed them about 28 days after the treatment was done due to having bees in our home. They said it has to be another entry point and they would have to recharge us the same amount to come back out. I told him that is not right and he hung up on me. Called my sister lied and said I was threatening him which I never did. We ended up having to hire another person to come out and they solved our bee issues they never treated anything and the bees were coming in through the same area bee masters was supposed to take care of. They ripped us off for $525.00. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have all the emails pictures and documents to prove this is 100% true as well.

We highly recommend Bee Master of Las Vegas. They were quick to reply after contacting them though their website. The service is inexpensive and Fidel, the technician, is very professional. My 4 yo and I were able to see the whole process through a window and Fidel showed/explained to us how the bees are safely contained in a box and relocated. Además es bilingüe, así que merece ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Requested a quote: company said said it would be $100 to inspect (forget the “quote”) and an additional $100 every 15 minutes they were here. When I inquired about the quote, they said the text message was the quote.

If I could give 10 stars and a honeycomb, I would. I called this beekeeper expecting to be hit with a quote, a consultation fee, maybe even a bee relocation surcharge. Instead, I got something rare and beautiful: kindness. I explained my problem—one brave little bee had decided the inside of my stucco wall was the perfect bachelor pad. Most folks would’ve charged me just to say “yep, that’s a bee.” But not this beekeeper. He gave me clear, compassionate, and FREE advice on how to handle it. No upselling. No pressure. Just a good human who clearly loves bees but understands boundaries. I followed his advice, and yes, I evicted the tiny trespasser. But I did it with dignity. For both of us. If you ever have a bee issue and want someone who’s honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares, call the Bee Master.
