Justin and his team were quick to respond to my inquiry. They were upfront and honest with their professional opinions on my bug issue. Answered all my questions and were warm and kind. Didn’t try to hard sell me on a treatment that I didn’t need. I am writing this a few weeks after my treatment and have been very happy with the results. No further issues! Signed up for the quarterly service and extremely happy after the initial visit. Justin was communicative about the products being used, as well as where and why after listening to the specific concerns we had for earwigs, wasps, and spiders. Also very attentive about preventing any risk to our dogs regarding the application areas. Already seeing great results so far judging by the number of dead wasps!

Justin from Bee Smart was passionate about bug control, knowledgeable and offered very reasonable pricing (One time $225). Our new home (to us) needed winter preparation of a barrier treatment and a few spider traps. Gee I didn't know I had a BAD wasp problem but Justin showed us the issues and included treatment on the spot (it worked!). No pressure regarding a contract but I signed up for one anyways $185/quarterly. It's always a joy to do business with someone who just loves his job and geeks out on bug prevention and education of his customers.

We have used Bee Smart for annual pest prevention and recently had Ryan out for some small sugar ants that made their way into our kitchen. Ryan was great! Friendly, efficient, and knows his bugs! Very happy with all the service we have had with Bee Smart

Very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful in deciding appropriate services. This was set up as a one-time service before committing to ongoing services. With this experience, we’re moving forward with Bee Smart’s quarterly service plan.

Great experience with Bee Smart! They used pet safe products so my dog was able to use the backyard after 30 minutes. We immediately saw tons of insects dead after the spray. Very great company!

We were actually recommended these guys we called a different pest control that didn’t service two story houses, and I’m so glad we were! These guys really know their stuff and were able to help us out with wasps nest that had started to form on our second story. Shout out to Justin specifically for being so kind, informative, and helpful.

Justin helped rid our home of some mice a while ago and was responsive, informative and professional. He gave us confidence the issue was being resolved and it was. This inspection was a follow up and while looking for sign of mice, saw and advised of black widow webs. Glad they’re on our side!

Matt from Bee Smart followed-up replying to an email I sent, and called me within 24hrs to make sure I understood their services and go over any questions. I was impressed with their responsiveness and prices. I had called around to a few other pest companies and Bee Smart had competitive prices and was able to provide services the next day (Saturday) to accommodate my work schedule. Justin came by Saturday morning and went over the service and didn’t try to upsell at all. He addressed my concerns bc I have dogs and a baby and explained how the pesticides work and put my worries at ease. He was patient and knowledgeable. Within 24hrs, I already noticed a difference!
