CLEARLY.. a married couple is NO match against a colony of bees 🐝🐝🐝 (as you can see in my security videos 😅) We tried to coexist with them for YEARS, learning their language, culture and understanding their fickle moods..but to No avail. They Ruled our front yard olive tree with an IRON stinger 🦾. After 10 or 20 bee stings and providing plenty of comedy for our neighbors we decided that was ENOUGH!! Thank goodness for Robert and Nikki❤️❤️ a 10 minute phone call let us reclaim our kingdom and peace of mind. Exceptional customer service, they were able to make appointment in 48 hours, they kept that appointment and texted me with ETA and updates throughout. They value their business and customers and it shows through their communication and response. Very happy with the results as you can see there were THOUSANDS of bees in our tree and we were not equipped to tame such numbers..No lavender and citrus oil and all those other DYI remedies Did NOT work, this colony was unrelenting . Be smart B removal was absolutely fantastic when I had bees in my wall they came out. They vacuumed them and they did a tremendous job cleaned everything up were efficient showed up on time. I can’t see enough about this business. I completely recommend this business.

We had a swarm of bees land in a tree and Robert of BeeSmart went out of his way to address our problem quickly and was willing to work around our schedule. Robert was very professional and proficient. I am very pleased with his work.

Insects and wild life up in running springs CA are no joke Mr Robert Duffin and his wife were very kind and patient and explained their service ever step off the way. Turns out I didn't have honey bees but yellow jackets! He got the job done quickly and efficiently, also sealed the area that was treated and guaranteed his work for 6 months. Afterwards we had a nice chat about diminishing bees numbers and the misinformation available to the public. He's passionate about his work and is a kind and soft spoken guy who was a pleasure work with and will be calling him back in case we run into anything else. Prices were reasonable, as well which was a giant plus after shopping around.

Had a bee issue. Put in a request for quote via their website. Received a response almost instantly! Phone call to discuss my options and appointment was scheduled for next day. I ended up not needing his services. Bees moved out but I was very impressed with the quick response. If the bees move back in I will not hesitate to call again.
