Fast, professional and I can't thank them enough! I had a swarm from my neighbors branch that fell in my yard. I called and they were able to add me to the schedule the same day! Well, early evening since that is the best time for this. He said they were aggressive and go inside. Gladly! I watched them safely from the sliding door as they carefully and diligently removed the bees to rehome them safely. They covered the entire area and made sure they had the queen. He showed me and she was huge! They make the effort to do it right. Very considerate, as far as cleaning up the area and making sure they did everything they could. I called a few places with no response, or no availability. Even though they had a few more appointments, they fit me in day of call! I appreciated that! Call them. I very highly recommend!!!

Not just a great service but educational and entertaining as well. I would 100% recommend Benito. I only wish I had a bee suit so I could have stood closer while they removed everything. Plus it’s great that they donate and work with a great cause to re-home the bees.

Ben is absolutely amazing. I called him yesterday, he spent half an hour talking to me about what needed to be done. He was here first thing this morning, and he was able to remove the bees without doing any more damage. He explained everything to me about the whole process. He was professional, courteous and patient. I had lots of questions and he answered all of them. Finding bees have tunneled their way into the exterior of your home is very upsetting. Ben was the perfect person to assure me that it would all be taken care of and there was nothing to worry about in the future. Came home last night and caught/released eight honey bees in my kitchen, which was very unusual (hadn't seen any before that). The next morning, there was a swarm of them going in and out of my soffit. Called Benito & James and within a few hours they came out, sprayed repellant pheromones, and sealed up all the gaps in my soffit. No more honey bees since then! They didn't have to remove/relocate any, since the hive wasn't formed, but that would have been an option if needed. Plus he talked me through everything that was going on (including a little bee psychology, which was super interesting). All the work is guaranteed for three months, so no charge to come back out if the bees come back. Very reasonable price for the amount of work done, not to mention the knowledge I was given. Highly recommend them!
