Both Andrew, with customer service, and Isaiah, the serviceman, were prompt, professional, and made sure the job was done safely and thoroughly. Isaiah explained the process clearly. Craig was great! Very professional, informative, and solution oriented. Spoke about some of my previous issues and he looked over some things. Found a hole in my garage and filled it with copper mesh just as a courtesy. This was outside of scope of work, he was there to inspect a Yellowjacket nest. Highly recommend Berrett, looking now to switch over to them as my full time provider.

Berrett was great at first. A helpful tech came out and helped my mother with a mouse issue and resolved it but she still had a wasp issue. They had me sign up for a $45/month first quarter for unlimited visits during that time to resolve all the pest issues. We had been told that someone would come out and deal with the wasps. When someone finally came out after we'd called multiple times, they didn't have a ladder to get to the gables of the house where the nests were and the tech told us "I don't spray anything over my head." We were told someone else would come out with a ladder. No one ever did. Despite many calls. Finally I asked for my money back after I'd been charged $135 for zero follow up support on top of the payment for the first visit. I have called multilple times and still, months later, have not received any follow up or refund. Do not recommend. EDIT for response to owner: I did call, several times, only once did you have someone come out to take care of the wasps and he did not come prepared with a ladder. How do you take care of wasps nests in roof gables if you cannot spray overhead? You still did not complete the service paid for and you have not refunded my money for said incomplete service and my calls were never returned.

These guys are so friendly and provide a lot of information. They are great at communicating. They came to our rescue the day after we contacted them and assured us they will be here if we have any issues at all. Hoping their sprays work as hard as they do!

Ken showed up on time and called to let me know he was on the front porch. I met him on the porch and we discussed what needed to be done. He then proceeded to take care of the many wasps and the great abundance of wolf spiders in my yard. Good job Ken!!

The technician Zack was beyond amazing! He was Very knowledgeable, regarding the particular pest, I was having issues with, so much so in fact that, he even had answers to my questions that even Google couldn't give me! It's always a little awkward and uncomfortable when you are putting your trust and money into a total stranger to come into your home, to be around your family and pets and to provide you with a solution to a complex problem, you're just never sure what the end result will be and quite often times we are left disappointed and ripped off. Not with Zack! Within 5 minutes of meeting him, you'll feel as if you've known him forever. He even made friends with my dog! He explained what and why he was doing what he was doing AS he was doing it . He made sure that I knew that he was working for me and wouldn't leave until I was 100% satisfied with his work and had all my questions answered. The entire process was so quick and painless. He is an amazing pest control technician and I will definitely be requesting him as my permanent tech going forward. We had a bit of a mouse issue in our garage. Tis the season I guess. Barrett and our tech Donte were fantastic! They were able to come the morning after I called and took care of everything (including one such pest that didn’t survive the night 😵‍💫). Donte and the gentlemen i spoken with to make the appointment were kind, professional and efficient! Donte answered all of my questions and gave me some action items to help prevent this issue in the future. Pricing was also great. Highly recommend!

Isaiah came out the day after I called about the mice in my couch. He was very professional, and explained to me exactly how the process would work. He also explained how the bait works, and how to ensure that the mice go outside to die instead of staying in. I appreciate the considerate communication from both Isaiah and the company as a whole.
