If I could give 10000 stars I would !!!!! VERY PLEASED CUSTOMER HERE !!!! For over a month in my room right above my bed, I have been hearing rustling and scratching in the ceiling/walls. The noises were very unsettling, causing me to have multiple sleepless nights in fear that whatever was making the noise would come through my walls. I called exterminator after exterminator to identify and resolve the problem. However, nobody was able to help. I called 7 exterminators to be exact. With little to no hope, while being depressed, scared and uncomfortable to be in my own home. I continued to call other exterminators. At my 8th attempt I called Big Blue Bug Solutions and was connected with JD. JD from our first conversation relieved a lot of stress as he was very knowledgeable and empathetic to my situation as well as being available as soon as the next day to help! JD completed a thorough inspection of my home. The inspection lasted a little longer than an hour, compared to previous inspections with other agencies, which lasted 10 to 15 minutes the most. JD went above and beyond to ensure he answered all my questions and concerns. He even fulfilled my request to cut a whole in my ceiling to obtain a better idea of what animal is in my walls by using his camera equipment. I was so pleased with JD‘s inspection that I signed up for services with him on the spot. JD was able to begin services the next day. He was so thorough with the insulation process that he caught three mice within the first 10minutes. Confirming my problem was mice! He even went out his way to install traps (at my request) in the ceiling where I for the past month was constantly hearing noises. I am so thankful for JD, along with his professionalism and knowledge and look forward to utilizing his services ongoing! Lastly, I’d like to point out how knowledgeable he is regarding rodents because he was able to identify before even catching the mice what kind of mice I had by simply looking at the trails left behind by the mice, while other agencies Confidently told me they don’t see any rodent evidence at all.

Big Blue Bug Solutions has performed stellar work for our complex and we are pleased to contract with them quarterly for pest control and use their special services as well when needed. A HUGE SHOUTOUT OF GRATITUDE TO JAY, MIKE AND WREN for their meticulous work in removing bird nests from our building and sealing all entry points using materials that color-matched the building. Superb in every way.

We had a sudden ant invasion at home over the weekend, so I went through a Google search to see if anyone had 24-hour service. Their Sunday service was impressive, with a friendly and helpful answering service. They promptly responded on Monday morning, treated the house, and even found other critters we weren’t aware of. Problem resolved. Prices were reasonable, and the team was exceptionally friendly and attentive. I highly recommend them!!

Vince was very professional, on time and courteous. He did more than the usual of checking the outdoor bait stations. He walked around my house, looked at the windows and corners of the top portion of the house visually inspecting for any wasp nests and spiderweb. He saw a squirrel hanging out on top of the roof and on the side of the house to see if they're were signs of any attempts to get inside the house through any open cracks or openings in the house. He also looked in my attic for any signs of critters trying to make their home inside my house. Overall, I was very pleased with Vince, his demeanor, professionalism and the recommendations he offered to keep my home pest-free. He even offered to schedule a follow-up visit in a month to see how everything is going. Hopefully Vince will be the one who is on the call next month since he is now familiar with my home and with what he reported. I was one satisfied customer today.

I was epically failed and misled by 2 other well known companies. I should have known to call the Big Blue Bug in the first place! With one call, Fran ( the manager ) came right out the next day and talked to us about our options and finally we got the truth about carpenter ants and a good treatment plan. We finally know we’re going in the right direction! Professional, knowledgeable and courteous !
