After several people who came out to figure out if I have bedbugs, I found Miles of Bite Back, who was by far the most knowledgeable of everyone I've spoken with. Bite Back only does bedbugs, which is reassuring. He is honest and candid. I have been a total wreck, and he helped alleviate a lot of my anxiety. We're 98% sure I don't have bedbugs, but in the outside chance that I do, I feel confident that Miles will take care of it! That's a good feeling! He's also very compassionate. My elderly mom’s rental house called her to tell her they had bed bugs. She was freaked out. I called a bunch of places to get info and this was one of them. I spoke with Miles. He was so informative and calming. He put our fears to rest, and was so helpful. His prices were great and he was also recommended to me by another bed bug removal service that didn’t service the main Boston area. I booked him on the spot. He was on time, very professional, and just an all around great guy! He did a great job. He also checked the other two rentals for signs. He could have taken advantage and told us there were some, we wouldn’t have known any better, but he was very honest and told us they were fine. He did a great job and the tenants are bed bug free. We had a bedbug infestation in our 3 bedroom apartment. We started to get bites and I wasn't willing to wait around to see if they went away! I called Miles from Bite Back Bed Bug Removal and he came the next day and checked all of our rooms and he confirmed that we had bed bugs. I talked to him multiple times over the phone when I thought of a new question or concern and he explained what we should do very thoroughly and helped me not to panic. I appreciate that this company uses steam and no chemicals. He came back for about 3 hours and steamed our bedrooms, living room and had a heated box for paper goods such as books. The bed bugs never came back. Highly recommend!!

When we suspected our apartment might have bed bugs, Miles talked us through what the process could look like if we did eventually confirm the bugs. They came to check it out, and low and behold--bugs! Luckily it wasn't a severe infestation, they were able to come over ASAP and steam the entire apartment and even had a separate heating container for belongings that couldn't be steamed! Additionally, Miles made sure we understood all of the other protocols that we should follow both before and after the steaming, so we could avoid a re-infestation! Overall it was really great and easy working with this company.
