I contacted Scott at Blue Sky Country Farm to rescue a bee hive that had taken up home between my interior and exterior garage wall. He arrived at the time he said he would and proceeded to start the “cut out” process. He had cool equipment like a thermal camera and a gentle bee vacuum and was a wealth of knowledge about the bees. I learned a ton about bees, too! He removed the hive and cleaned up the area and then patched back the hole he cut. He also closed up the exterior holes the bees initially came in through. It was a smooth process and he was so professional. I highly recommend calling Scott at Blue Sky Country Farm if you find yourself needing a bee rescue.

I can't recommend Blue Sky Country Farm highly enough! We discovered a honey bee nest in an exterior wall, and Scott responded the same day to assess the situation. He returned promptly on Easter Monday morning to safely and humanely remove the bees. His professionalism, knowledge, and care for both the bees and our home were outstanding. Scott took the time to explain every step of the process, and he was incredibly patient with my curious son who had a million questions—answering each one with kindness and enthusiasm. It’s clear he genuinely loves what he does and values both his customers and the bees he rescues. As a thoughtful touch, Scott even gave us a courtesy jar of honey from his farm—which we all appreciated and enjoyed! If you're looking for someone who is responsive, respectful, and truly skilled in humane bee removal, call Scott. Blue Sky Country Farm is a rare find!

Scott has been an absolute gift to my husband and me. After coming home to a bedroom full of bees, and locating his services online, I made a very perplexed phone call in hopes of making sense of the situation. I was so relieved when he was immediately able to provide an informed explanation (BEE 101), as well as options to safely relocate the girls (the majority of honeybees are female, the first lesson we learned in BEE 101) with minimal disruption to the house in mind. He was methodical, professional, kind, responsive and very diligent. He explained that the bees in our home were part of a scout group, which had selected the space between the first and second floors in our house as the site for their new hive. Because we caught them early, Scott recommend a “trap out” as an alternative to putting a hole in our wall. He came out to assess almost immediately and set the trap up within 24 hours. Little did we know that we had the most determined bees in the city, as they kept finding new ways inside the house. Scott was so reliable and patient, consistently showing up to locate new entry points and seal them off, all while maintaining great communication. A little over 2 months later, the girls took to the furnished apartment (bee box) he provided, and he informed us that we now hold the record for his longest trap out. I cannot say enough about Scott’s dedication and passion for his craft. He truly loves bees, and believes in how invaluable these animals are (as do we), which comes through in how he provides his services and knowledge to our community. An all-around great human; if you have a run-in with bees, please call Scott and you will not be disappointed.

We called Scott from Blue Sky Country Farm Bee Rescue to remove honeybees that decided to take up residence in our cable box. He was very responsive and arrived right on time. He is incredibly knowledgeable about honeybees and fully explained the entire process. Scott went right to work and successfully removed the bees from our cable box for transport to their new home on his farm. Lucky for us that we noticed the honeybees only a few weeks after they moved into the box and for finding Scott from Blue Sky to remove and rescue the bees. He even showed me the queen bee. Thanks again Scott! I highly recommend Blue Sky Country Farm Bee Rescue!

The AMAZING bee whisperer, Scott Greenwald, came to our home at 6:30 AM to assess our ever-growing honeybee beehive. It was necessary to remove the stucco around our electrical meter so he could completely remove the hive and colony of all of the bees in order to relocate them to safety! Not only was he passionate and extremely knowledgeable, he spent extra time teaching along the way! I would recommend Scott to anyone who needs help with honeybees!
